Supposed to have a happy birthday ribbon on it!

The worst delivery and service experience ever! Late for 1 hour, no apology, no text/call for delivery and even no knocking door. The representative's attitude is not acceptable for me.

This is one of the most poorly arranged flower arrangements I've ever seen. I can't believe I paid $55 for this. I'm embarrassed that I sent this to someone I love.

This was to be in a big vase on the paper one!

I was told there was nine roses at least that was what I pick out!

I asked for the roses to be white and I asked for more color on the others not everything white very unhappy with these.

Over $80 Arrangement and they left them outside of a closed building!! Wow!

Some look almost dead

These flowers look wilted and look nothing like the picture

They were late so the business closed so the flowers I ordered for a friends birthday wasn't going to get to them on her birthday because they were the ones who were late. Did not offer to do anything to help.besides deliver them the next day. But I ordered them for her birthday…. They didn't even offer to give a discount or a credit for my next order. Just like sorry! But not sorry….. Very disappointing.

For this order when I placed it telling you what I wanted to spend seemed like a hassle. For 49.00 I spent with 10 delivery I won't use your flower shop again. Beings working at a flower shop over years we would have definitely did something better!!!!

Flowers are gorgeous! Loved getting a picture!!! From the receiptent: "... It is the most beautiful arrangement, I just can't get over it!" FIVE stars!!!

I got no pictures

When the flowers arrived they were already starting to wilt and within 24 hours they were pretty much dead.

I was disappointed this time. I told the ladies how I would like my arrangement and they said they understood what I wanted. I asked for mostly daisies with a little babies breath and one purple flower in the center. This looks kind of sloppy so I hope it turned out better than the picture. I usually like your arrangements but lately I haven't been happy with them. I may have to find another place to get flowers.

Not the correct flowers. Should be a dozen Rose's with baby breath.

Wow, this looks like you filled it up with bunch of big flowers and lacks the idea of being a floral arrangement. It is not even close to the picture I sent you. It looks cheap!

This doesn't look like the bunch that I ordered. I liked the original daisies in the bunch I selected

It was the Ugliest, arrangement, i've ever seen, it looks nothing like the flowers that I chose, online, I'm going to call corporate, this is fraud, I spent way to much money, for this garbage….

What I ordered and what they received was not even close. I know that it's never the exact planter, but I did expect it to be the same size. We were very disappointed.

The arrangements were okay but I was overcharged for what I received.

Not what I ordered. The photo on your website that I ordered has so many more flowers and is so much more beautiful. Not happy at all.
