We appreciate your feedback. We are very sorry you are disappointed. I show that you placed your order online to be delivered on the 30th between 8am and 12pm. Our driver was there at 11:50 and there was no one home, we tried to call you and there was no answer so we left you a message and left a door tag on the door. The recipient called in later with the door tag and we re-delivered for free at their convenience. Your flowers were fresh and beautiful. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! The arrangement I ordered was to be delivered Dec 23--It was not; it was not delivered on Dec 24 nor Dec 25. What a huge disappointment. What a rip-off!

I looked into your order, our driver took this out on delivery on the 23rd during the time specified on your order there was no one home so we called the recipients phone number and also tried to call you, there was no answer so we left a door tag on the door. We were closed the 24th and 25th. Even now, no one has contacted us to set up a re-delivery. We are happy to re-deliver when the recipient is home, please call into customer service to set this up. Uh oh. The recipients favorite color is yellow. I was under the impression that the vase was yellow and there were yellow flowers, which is why I purchased this.

Receives the arrangement on Friday and they were dead by Monday. I feel that if I spend over $100 on an arrangement it should last longer than a weekend. Very disappointed!

Would give zero stars if this review would let me. I ordered 35 balloons as part of a gift for someone. Within 2 hours of them being delivered more than half of them were already dropping to the ground. Within a few more hours they'd all lost float. Ruin

I checked your order, we tried to deliver, the lady at the front desk at her work told us she was gone on a cruise into the next week and was not sure the date she would return. We emailed and called to let you know. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
