One attempt was made to deliver my order last Saturday. When no one answered they left with the flowers. Three days later they still have not been delivered.

Delivery was 1 hour late, delivery guy couldn't open door when buzzed in. The person I sent flowers to is,a night worker. The delivery guy called me, I told him since he was late just to leave it at her door. He finally got to her apartment and pounder on

Our driver was there at 11:37 on the 15th, the day and time you selected, unfortunately, there was no one home, we tried to call you twice, there was no answer so we left you a voicemail and a tag on her door. We did not hear back from either of you till the 16th, your sister called in with her door tag and we got them back out 3 hours later.

These were not the same flowers you delivered that is in the picture! My BF sent me a picture of the actual flowers and he only got 1 rose when the picture displays 3 roses , plz don't make the pictures if it's not the actual image thank you!

Flowers started to die after one day... emailed customer support a few days ago, haven't heard a word. I can understand a bad batch, but not bad customer service. Frustrating.... probably won't use them anymore. I assume the flower patch location south J

Received two pictures of two different flowers. One nice looking and the other not so much. Well I happen to receive the not so good looking one. Flowers were wilting when they were delivered and on the second day 80% looks like a dying bouquet. Delivery

The reason why I only gave one star is some of the flowers stems were broken, they were being held up by other stems. I definitely won't be using this company again to have flowers sent to anyone.

For $80 the bouquet was not as big, it didnt look like the picture advertised at all, I was promised a bowl glass vase which is one of the things that made me select the bouquet and I got a standard regular vase instead. The advertised description and pic

I asked for a $100.00 dollar arrangement. This is pathetic! If I wanted something like this, I would have gone to Costco and bought it for $20.00 dollars. So eighty dollars to deliver? What a joke. Lost my business forever.

The one we selected looked a lot bigger than this picture. I'll have to see it today at the viewing to see if it's the one we paid $55 for because that's looking like the $40 basket.

Excessive number of email messages. The total so far is 8 and rising. It's crazy when you think about it... one order of flowers generates 8 email. Two would be sufficient (1. order confirmation, 2) delivery notice. Please stop sending emails!!!!!

I ordered some flowers for my wife and they looked old and I called to complain about them and the manager changed for me. I recived them and this ones are so poor quality they looked like smiths stirr roses and the case I should gone to smiths for them.
