Wow, this looks like you filled it up with bunch of big flowers and lacks the idea of being a floral arrangement. It is not even close to the picture I sent you. It looks cheap!

This doesn't look like the bunch that I ordered. I liked the original daisies in the bunch I selected

It was the Ugliest, arrangement, i've ever seen, it looks nothing like the flowers that I chose, online, I'm going to call corporate, this is fraud, I spent way to much money, for this garbage….

What I ordered and what they received was not even close. I know that it's never the exact planter, but I did expect it to be the same size. We were very disappointed.

The arrangements were okay but I was overcharged for what I received.

Not what I ordered. The photo on your website that I ordered has so many more flowers and is so much more beautiful. Not happy at all.

I order the spice me up floral arrangement this is not the one I order one I order had sunflower and some purple flowers this arrangement looks like three of the flowers are wilted

Pictures of flowers looked amazing but when they arrived to funeral home ALL carnations were dead. Very disappointed and will be demanding a full refund.

I ended up ruining the surprise because this message and update makes it sound like they were delivered. Highly recommend you update it so people don't think it's delivered. I'm not happy

Colors are not as pictured on the website. I'm not a fan of red and yellow and lavender together. Just disappointed.

No, I didn't like my order because the roses were drooped over and dark the next day. I wasn't happy at all. I wanted fresh flowers for my husband.

Very good work. But when my wife got the flowers it did not look like that. Like it got tipped over. I'm pretty upset cuz I paid alot for those. We have a pic after they was delivered.

The flowers came on time and "were" beautiful. My wife loved them. Now that thay have been in our home where we keep it a nice 75⁰, the flowers are all bending over abd starting to wilt. Some in partial bloom. Did I mention we have only had the flowers for 3 days. The flowers I get at Walmart or another local store last longer. I am disappointed.

Same Day Guarantee - not honored: Ordered arrangement to arrive on June 20 (sympathy arrangement) and spoke with Holly to confirm - received delivery confirmation on June 22, TWO days after guarantee. Recipient has since left the country, which is why a June 20 delivery was requested. No call or email update to alert of delay.

For the price, I think it's very minimal. Disappointed. Should have looked online. Would have chosen differently. Bouquet is far from what I requested with phone person.
