Hi, I had specifically asked for no ribbon, a clear vase with clear water. A variety of pink roses not opened yet. I only see one size. The web site/pic says two types of roses to give the arrangement some balance....pink roses, pink spray roses and pink wax flow, arranged alternately with the daisies. That opened rose will not last very long. Disappointed!

Those are peach flowers not pink (pink to signify breast cancer!)and where is the teal?!?😭 that's not going to match her urn very well!😭

why are they fully bloomed? they won't last long if they are that bloomed.

Doesn't even look like the picture on your website that I ordered. Will not be purchasing with you guys again.

No, for $50-$60 I was disappointed. I said it didn't have to have roses but I figured without roses it would be much bigger and more colorful (is what I asked for).

Wouldn't recommend this place. I asked for something in specific and they sent the complete opposite. Apparently they didn't have the roses I requested but no one took the time to call me and let me know. They put some random colors making it look like an arrangement suited for a funeral instead of something elegant and cheerful. My fiancée was not please at all and to top it off, I requested the flowers to be delivered after 5pm and they showed up wait before that spoiling the surprise because my fiancé wasn't even at the place of delivery… The people running and working at this place have no feelings or respect. I paid $200 plus tax and instead of this been a Pleasent experience it turned out to be the biggest let down of my life 🤦‍♂️ I want my money back. Hope the manager issued a credit and have the decency to call and apologize.

I specifically asked for yellow roses to be added as the main color! Also paid more for 18 total roses. That looks like it has 12 only

These are fall colors, and it's April 1; I'm not sure that these are the "cutest and brightest" like the website says. And there's not much green filler/accent.

Unfortunately that is not what we ordered.

Dosnt look the same as the picture in the catalog! Looks sparce the daisy needed to be more spread out and some taller!!! Not impressed!

The initial delivery was prompt with the floral arrangement being beautiful. Less than 2 days after delivery, the roses are dead, leaves are falling off, and what prompted this review, an entire flower fell off. The arrangement has been watered and fed as instructed. Overall we are extremely disappointed with the flowers which I sevt on her birthday. :(

when i was on the phone it sounded like i was getting more flowers than just 3 but the worst part was that 1 of the 3 flowers way dead and brown in appearance. pretty lame. i saw it personally Sunday and it was completly wilted. very disappointing!

Hi I asked for no white flower just all 24 red roses with clear wrap

It's missing the bear i purchased. Also delivery was suppose to be between 10-2pm. It's 3 pm and no delivery. They said no one answered the door. But she is disabled and can't leave the home and has been in the living room waiting this whole time. No one knocked or came to the door. I was told the first time it was no apartment number so which is it? It's a duplex and the number is 1412 its in the address it's the left side of the home. I don't think I will order again. It's a birthday gift and the whole day has passed now.

Not what I ordered, I personally went to the store, showed the picture of the flower arrangement I was looking for and specifically told her that I was looking for the tall flowers in the arrangement and apparently it did not happened . Totally disappointed!! Will not order from Flower Patch West Jordan again

No i didnt like my order at all. It looks nothing like the picture online and i didn't see that the butterfly 🦋 little cut out was on the bouquet Also my birthday message wasn't even on the arrangement my friend had to message me and ask if it was me who sent the arrangement.

The flowers arrived 2 days late!! When I called to place the order I was told the arrangement would be delivered between 12-4 that day. I stressed the importance of that because she was leaving town in 4 days. I wanted her to enjoy them for the 4 days she would be in town. I know they were delivered late because the recipient called immediately to thank me I paid $42 for an arrangement she would only have for less than 36 hours. So disappointed😕

Where's the rest of it?

This looks awful. Thrown together at the last minute. Not happy at all.
