It's missing the bear i purchased. Also delivery was suppose to be between 10-2pm. It's 3 pm and no delivery. They said no one answered the door. But she is disabled and can't leave the home and has been in the living room waiting this whole time. No one knocked or came to the door. I was told the first time it was no apartment number so which is it? It's a duplex and the number is 1412 its in the address it's the left side of the home. I don't think I will order again. It's a birthday gift and the whole day has passed now.

Not what I ordered, I personally went to the store, showed the picture of the flower arrangement I was looking for and specifically told her that I was looking for the tall flowers in the arrangement and apparently it did not happened . Totally disappointed!! Will not order from Flower Patch West Jordan again

No i didnt like my order at all. It looks nothing like the picture online and i didn't see that the butterfly 🦋 little cut out was on the bouquet Also my birthday message wasn't even on the arrangement my friend had to message me and ask if it was me who sent the arrangement.

The flowers arrived 2 days late!! When I called to place the order I was told the arrangement would be delivered between 12-4 that day. I stressed the importance of that because she was leaving town in 4 days. I wanted her to enjoy them for the 4 days she would be in town. I know they were delivered late because the recipient called immediately to thank me I paid $42 for an arrangement she would only have for less than 36 hours. So disappointed😕

Where's the rest of it?

This looks awful. Thrown together at the last minute. Not happy at all.

I asked for all white and purple and white roses and if you used Lily's white. I'm sorry. I don't like this

The bouquet I chose was very colorful and vibrant with orange, red, pink and purple. The bouquet made was yellow, white and purple. Very disappointing

This isn't the best picture but that plant to the left looks dead. I don't like the look of this at all. I'm sorry but this isn't the quality I would expect from the Flower Patch!

Went to the services and didn't see our arrangement. Can't prove it but we checked all of them.

It is really not like I expected. More like a basket type, there's not many flowers for the price. The last one I ordered were fuller and more worth the money. . Not too happy with it. 😔

These were supposed to be thank you flowers not birthday flowers, now the person I sent them to is confused and it makes me look dumb, not cool!

Flowers were dead on arrival, look terrible

A touching set of flowers and some chocolate in the red bag (I'm figuring), you have put together for delivery to my son, Michael. A five star assembly for sure. I like the photo display a lot. I have rated a five star for sure; the four white stars should not have shown; that happened when it said "Select A Star Rating" and I pushed on five stars but four turned white unintentionally.

This is not what I ordered. I ordered a colorful arrangement. My order was for a working colleague and I did not want red roses going to her. Red roses are not business appropriate!!

The flowers look great so five stars there. But I'm pretty sure when I spoke with the person taking my order I told them to make the arrangement look nice but I really wanted it to be mainly red roses and black spray painted snap dragons. I don't see many roses in there at all especially for spending as much money as I did. I'm sure the flowers looks great because they always do I'm just really disappointed that there wasn't more roses.

I specified this was a surprise this review text was sent to my wife's phone. I gave you my number for any contact.Defeated the purpose of having them be delivered. This was not a surprise for her.

My $83 order for my anniversary never was delivered terrible terrible made me look horrible for my anniversary We'll not use their service again

Flowers look great. When the person that I had them sent to wasn't home, I missed two calls from flower patch trying to get a contact number. Which is on me, but when I called to figure out where the order was, Lisa answered the phone and seeemed annoyed with the phone call. She added a contact number for me, but was very bugged about it. Poor customer service when you are trying to cheer someone up after a loss.
