I'm very disappointed the driver did not give the right name when he delivered them and wrong name when he called me so the flowers were not delivered

Beautiful flower arrangement. The message was messed up!! It was supposed to say: Thanks for being my coach. It said: Thanks for being my Couch!!! Really!! Couch!!!!This was really bad!!!

I asked for an arrangement that would last for a at least a week the flowers my wife receive on Thursday were wilting by Friday also they were not delivered to the address I had given them they were delivered to the front desk of the hospital which is a different building than the one she works at

The flowers are beautiful but the service was horrible. They were supposed to be delivered anonymously to my next door neighbor YESTERDAY. She delivered her baby 5 months premature and the baby didn't survive. Yesterday was her due date and I wanted her
