I purchased this order online. I ordered the “Hot Stuff” bouquet and they almost delivered the “Burst Of Color” bouquet instead. It was an innocent mistake as both bouquets look very similar. I was able to catch the mistake because they send you a photo of your order. I called “Flower Patch” immediately upon receiving the text message with the photo of my order. They were able to get in touch with the delivery driver before my order was delivered, call him back to the store, and correct the order. They sent me a new photo of the bouquet to be delivered and the order is absolutely perfect. Thank you “Flower Patch” for all of your help and your excellent customer service!!
