Love getting a photo of the arrangement I ordered online. I'm not local and was nervous about sending flowers to a friend unfamiliar with the area but the Flower Patch had a great website easy to browse and awesome customer service with same day flower delivery available.

However beautiful!!, not what I had in mind. I envisioned elegant, creams, mauve, pinks, lillies, roses, NO REDS!!!! I didn't respond to pre-delivery pic because I was so frustrated. Your web is difficult to manage and I'm 2,500 miles away. Totally frustrated!!!

Thank you flower patch for the flowers. My mom loved them & they made her whole day. I really appreciated the picture & changing the colors around. Only thing missing was who the flowers came from.

The planter was lovely. I love the fact that they texted me a message with a picture of the exact planter that they were ready to deliver. Diana at the West Jordan location was very helpful and kind. I will be returning to the West Jordan Flower Patch whenever I need a florist.
