Arrangement was really nice, however roses were wilted. This happened with the Flower Patch in West Valley last time I ordered from them as well. Figured I would give them another chance but not after this. Will look for another delivery service.

The flower/plant basket was not like the one showing online. Missing some color and balance of flowers. The ribbon used was terrible for a sympathy basket. I called the store and they said they would change the ribbon and balance out the basket better.

Well, would you pick this to send if you saw this photo? I don't think it's "delightfully bright", and seems empty. The green berries should be an accessory not a focal point. Compare the photos will you? Would not order this again, as is.

I don't love the colors of the flowers. So if there were an option of preferred colors that would be great! I understand sometime you might not have all colors in. But to have a "preferred color" would be very helpful. Because I thought I was getting the

This is not the arrangement I ordered or paid for. This seems to happen often.... you substitute less expensive and unattractive flowers. If you do not have the flowers I order, then it is your responsibility to inform me at the time of order. This order
