The arrangement looks fine and the delivery was punctual, but the flowers themselves seem to already be wilting. Don't think they'll last more than a day or two. Never had a problem like this with any of my previous purchases.

I am a little disappointed. I called and first order the regular black widow arrangement. I called back later to add to the arrangment, which they said they would do. It looks like the one from the website and for $72 I would expect a little more.

The roses were pure yellow, the picture I asked your employee to look at had the slightly orange roses with red tips. May not seem like much but it meant a lot to me when I saw the arrangement. Great quality.
