I am surprised! I ordered multiple colored tulips. Looks like I paid for 1 color tulips. Also I thought the bow would be pink or purple. Not green. 😖

I wish you would give measurements, because the picture with that glass vase looked very skimpy. I hope the bouquet looks better in real life.

The arrangement itself is fine, however I asked for Spring colors, purple and yellow, not maroon and green and no pink, the bow is pink doesn't match. I do appreciate the speedy service.

The flower arrangement was beautiful. However they were supposed to be delivered on Friday 3/22 between 2:00 and 5:00 pm because that is when someone would be home to receive them. The delivery was attempted at noon though, and no one was home. The whole

Friendly knowledgeable staff. I ordered white chrysanthrmums and agreed to adding some pale lavender and a little bit of yellow flowers. I didn't see chrysanthemums and certainly did not expect to see lillies.

I'm usually very happy with Flowerpatch but this casket spray for my mothers funeral had many wilted and dried up, nearly dead flowers that depressed the showpiece. I wanted it to really pop. Not so. Many family members complained. For a big show piece

Customer service was excellent yet I am not pleased with the flower arrangement. The picture online was superior aesthetically speaking. The ones my daughter received looked like bunches placed quickly. The online arrangement was more symmetrical by far.

I thought I was getting all gerbera daisies, I would not have bought plain daisies. I am not very happy with your substitution.

Our drivers get paid per successful delivery so they always try their best to get a signature. Leaving at tag without knocking would be very strange because they would not get paid for that stop. We are so sorry you feel you had a bad experience. I do see we have issued a partial refund since we could not redeliver same day for you. Very disappointed in the size of the arrangement.!!! I have bought Stargazer lilies for my sister's birthday from the Flower Patch for over 20 years, never has it been even close to this size.
