For the price I expected the arrangement to look like it does in the picture. There are a lot more flowers in the original photo than in what is shown here. Also the ribbon isn't the same . Disappointed

I was hoping it would look more like a cupcake with more variety of flowers. I was also told the base (vase) would say Happy Birthday on it.

The flowers I ordered do not look like the picture I chose from. I understand that arrangements may vary from the pictures posted, however, the flowers deliver were very poorly arranged. Very disappointed with the presentation.

The birds of paradise were beautiful. However the the dahlias wilted the same day and some of the greens were ripped and brown. Love part of the arrangement just disappointed the few flowers there were wilted so quickly.

I've ordered with Flower Patch before and really had been blown away by their pieces. This time it just looked uninspired, unlike the piece online, and just kind of sad. Will consider where my flower orders come from moving forward.

While the flowers looked nice and my wife was please with them...I gave 2 requirements for them...No lilies and 8 roses. Unfortunately lilies were included in the arrangement.

Going off of the picture I received from florist. I could be wrong but the lilies do not look fresh..not as pretty as the online picture. I hope this arrangement looks better in real life.

Flowers poorly arranged. Many (most?) roses are other than what I chose. I worked in the floral industry for many years. I've purchased from you before. This arrangement is not good, not the quality you've produced in the past.

I order from the Flower Patch all the time, every month or two. I have noticed that the bouquet sizes have gotten smaller and smaller. The above picture was represented to me as a "large" on the website at the time I ordered. This order was disappointing

We always design to exact size specifications advertised online. There is absolutely NEVER a price on the flowers that we make and deliver. The cost of this is $60 plus the delivery fee and tax. Flowers were old. The rose petals were browning. The bow was not tied and was made of a wiry material that did not look pretty. I dont recommend this place. I think they are so big that they do very fast production with not too much care.
