I think it needs more greens to fill in

I was expecting white flowers and white bow as shown in the picture.

I went and bought more roses for the holes in it.

The flower arrangement looked identical to the one I ordered. However, when Cherie called to thank me for the lovely flowers, she told me she had texted me a picture of the flowers. When I saw the picture, I felt like the flowers were not very fresh. I called her back and mentioned it to her. She said she felt that way also. I asked her yesterday (Monday) how the arrangement looked and she replied several had wilted already. Fast forward to today - When I received this e-mail from you I called her and she told me they were in terrible shape. She sent me a picture of them. We are very disappointed. We have always been very satisfied with our prior flower deliveries from your shop. You have never disappointed in the past. I can't figure out how to forward the pictures from my phone to you or I would. If you desire, I'll have her send the pictures to you. The first picture will be when she received them Saturday morning and the second one will be the one taken at 3:33 pm today (Tuesday). Please advise if you would like her to send the picture.

Had BIG problem with delivery but was finally resolved. M-I-L said flowers were pretty.

The arrangement was exactly as presented. And I have to say, the fragrance was probably the strongest and loveliest I've ever smelled. In the future, I would shy away from displaying customers personal information in a snap of the receipt. 😬😬😬😬 not really thrilled with my home addy and name being used for business promotion.

It's nice but without the orange carnations is isn't what I wanted or paid for. Sad

Smaller than I thought. Pretty, but was told “sunflowers, roses, bells of Ireland”, wanted med-size. Always completely pleased before, so just input!

Still doesn't look like the picture in the order book but I can see a few more roses. I guess if that's the best you can do then I'll have to accept it but I am still not happy I hope the gladiolus's open up

I thought there would be assorted colored tulips not just white.

The arrangement is beautiful but the smaller white roses and purple lilies started showing signs of aging the very next day which is very disappointing for a $150 arrangement

I'm sorry I am a bit disappointed. I must not have explained very well what I wanted it to be like - more airy - more variety of flowers. I felt this looked like you had taken a bunch of a few types -roses and daisies and a couple of tulips and just put them in a vase with out any real arranging. Im sure the flowers are nice but the arranging and lack of different varieties were disappointing. I asked to pay whatever needed to make it special. I'm sorry I could not write a better review. Perhaps, I wasn't able to communicate what I hoped you could do.

It is very pretty. I wish it was a little bit fuller. Looks like “holes” in the arrangement. For the price I would expect more fullness.

The smaller roses wilted within a day and the daisies were damaged in the delivery process. The tulips are beautiful

Looks beautiful but this was for the passing of a cat not a dog

Did I miss something? The photo on the website made it look like all the animals came with this order. I would not have chosen the monkey. Usually, I'm totally happy with orders from flower patch!

Beautiful but it definitely isn't as full and grandious as the sample pic that was ordered. Looks sparce around the top and edges in comparison. We'll have to see what it looks like in person. Disappointed it's not as full as the example.

I was hoping for some purple roses for the price I paid but it's ok I guess. I didn't get a picture. I just talked to a person over the phone about one. And some more flowers along with what's in the picture, because I do like the bluish purple flowers. I will hopefully get another time I order

Beautiful except I asked for a plain ribbon without lemons

The staff was very helpful and nice but I'm very disappointed with the flowers like 4 flowers were kind of dead and damaged ..

It looks pretty good. It seems like there is a gap between the lowest roses and the purple asters. I really like that you sent a photo!

I was very happy with the arrangement. The flower quality was not the greatest, especially for the price I paid.
