Beautiful!!!

Beautiful but it definitely isn't as full and grandious as the sample pic that was ordered. Looks sparce around the top and edges in comparison. We'll have to see what it looks like in person. Disappointed it's not as full as the example.

I was hoping for some purple roses for the price I paid but it's ok I guess. I didn't get a picture. I just talked to a person over the phone about one. And some more flowers along with what's in the picture, because I do like the bluish purple flowers. I will hopefully get another time I order

Beautiful except I asked for a plain ribbon without lemons

The staff was very helpful and nice but I'm very disappointed with the flowers like 4 flowers were kind of dead and damaged ..

It looks pretty good. It seems like there is a gap between the lowest roses and the purple asters. I really like that you sent a photo!

I was very happy with the arrangement. The flower quality was not the greatest, especially for the price I paid.

Please carry different colors of roses and carnations around Valentine's Day. Other types of events still happen in February, and not everyone celebrates Valentine's Day (I don't). Also, I'm not sure what happened with the balloon... Ordering by phone from the website's presented options, I bought the Confetti balloon, but the balloon in this picture is a plain Mylar balloon. Furthermore, I had no sooner received the photo of my changed order from Flower Patch than when my sister sent me her picture of it as it set on her kitchen counter. I had no time to even ask that something be removed. Finally, I had specifically changed my request for a 10:00 delivery time to an 11:00 delivery time by explaining that I wanted the recipient to have the chance to sleep in on her birthday, but the delivery happened before 11:00, and did indeed wake her. I do have to say that the gal who took my order was pleasant to talk to, and she took the time to get my order right, including learning and confirming what was possible and presenting me with that information. I was also pleased that Flower Patch would deliver just two days out.

I did ask for baby pink roses and a pretty arrangement. It's ok. Last minute. Thank you

Beautiful arrangement but was looking somewhat wilted at the viewing tonight. How can you keep it looking fresh?

The flowers were beautiful with the exception of two browned flowers and two others starting to brown. I showed a picture to the FP shop and they only had 1 stem to replace the cslililies but also gave me 3 stems of regular lilies trying to make it right. I took the replacements to the recipients. Almost ok

It's beautiful but I had ordered a colorful arrangement rather than all white.

The flower arrangement is very pretty, however I should of been more descriptive! I would of sooner the flower's have been in a permanent vase instead of the cardboard vase! But it is very beautiful! Thank you and I would order from you again! Thanks

I had specified 3-7pm for delivery. They were delivered early and nobody was home to receive them. I was called by the woman delivering them while I was at work that nobody was answering the door. I had to call my wife to ask her where she was. Kinda ruined the surprise. I did appreciate that I could order the flowers online and that even though they were not being delivered at the time specified time for the phone call instead of just leaving them at the doorstep.

I love getting the photo. I would love one more color to give these flowers a stand out effect.

It was beautiful but smaller than expected. Expensive for a smaller bouquet

The flowers were beautiful as always. The photo is a great touch! I was disappointed in the delivery service. My elderly mother doesn't move as fast as she used to, and by the time she got to the door, the driver was gone. I expect impatient delivery drivers if I'm ordering something with free delivery. But if I pay for delivery, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a little better service.

They were pretty except 1 flower was broken wasn't fond of that part

Well, it doesn't come across quite as vibrant as the photo of the arrangement on the website and the absence of roses altogether makes me sad.
