Marked the flowers for pickup, found out when I got to the store it had been put on a delivery truck. It's fine, but super inconvenient. Please work on your system.

I'm happy with the photo of flower arrange. However the word on the banner should be BD 222/ CSDC instead of BD 222/ CFDC. Please correct letter F with letter C. Thank you

Awesome , love seeing the order. I've had plenty of times where I order something online and it doesn't look similar to what was shown. Of course those shops cover there inability with a disclaimer. So seeing what I am getting and able to call is nice

Thanks for the updates on delivery etc. I live in Alaska and it was easy to send my sister flowers in Utah. It was nice to be sent a photo of the flowers before they were sent. A delivery confirmation was also helpful.
