The order you put together has almost half the flowers as your web page advertisement. Not nearly as full or pretty. You should change your picture on the web site, so people are not mislead.

After 2 days some of the roses and Lilly's began to wilt. Also some of the greenery is also dried up. I spent llover $160 on the bouquet and not happy. I sent pictures to manager and have not heard back yet The bouquet has plenty of water just like it was delivered and has been inside since it was delivered.

Please be sure each flower is fresh and beautiful. My sister is a floral artist herself and so only the most beautiful glowers will do. She will give an honest yelp review... and that will be be the true reward. Thank you Sincerely

The flowers were perfect. Just what the widow wanted and the colors she wanted. These were at her request but being we were very good friends, we decided to pay the bill. We were able to enjoy for 1/2 a day before going to Church and she took them home from Church. Thanks again for doing such a super job for us.

The manager at this place does not care about customers and will not respect your delivery preferences. They will leave orders when anyone that can sign a paper then say that they are not responsible for it. The Owner does not care about taking care of the customer he would rather them leave even if you are a repeat customer. Worse place to order and have it delivered

Yes, sending a picture is great, as it shows the difference between the order and what is delivered. Online selection pictures are deceptive, as I am told they show ALL flowers in the front, which are intended for a full arrangement. (The backside is empty; therefore, the delivered arrangement has flowers distributed on all four sides.) So, the arrangement is not as tall or as full. And selecting a larger size arrangement for a higher cost is unverifiable and also deceptive. In the future, I will not use FlowerPower, and I will ask other florists first if they use this same practice. Pretty but not worth a $171 dollar arrangement. Large profit margin I am sure.

The photo on your website shows there to be a dozen roses. I don't 12 roses in this picture and the roses look a little brown.

Nice nice gentleman took phone order...looks perfect!! And all was good til I got my cc stmt...I was charged an extra 12.82 in addition to the price I was told my order would be..I've been calling since I got my cc stmt but was told each time the owner was out of the country. Ok..so please figure out how to credit my cc back since this amount I was never told I'd be charged...I asked fir no cookies since the person getting them has throat cancer and can't eat..maybe put another balloon with it..not once was I ever told it would cost more and here we are 2 months later with owner finally getting back in country and was told today that this gal I've been dealing with Joyce would get with him and call me back this afternoon...why is it so hard to credit back this 12.82 to my cc. I would not recommend this place..you leave the country and put an employee in charge for over 2 months that can't figure our how to credit my cc back...I think I've been quite patient with this ..enough already..please just credit my cc the 12.82.

I don't recommend ordering flowers from here, I placed an order and when I showed up to pick it up, it was closed. So I called and the person on the phone was very rude saying they don't open past 2 so I asked then why are your pick up times for later times. He said it's stated on our website that you have to be here before 2 which isn't true. Nothing is stated. Over all terrible service and customer service he hung on me before I even got to ask when my refund would be processed. Please fix your website.

Every floral arrangement I've purchased from Flower Power has been perfect. I would highly recommend them.

The flowers are beautiful. They were delivered on time and my Mom loved them.

I am very upset. This was supposed to be delivered on my friend's birthday day, not the day after.

So much smaller than photo, and not at all what I was expecting for my fathers 5th year anniversary of his passing. Looks very Easter. Very dissatisfied .
