This arrangement is pretty but it's not near as full as the one I purchased online. I bought the most expensive arrangement with more flowers and this is not even close to being as full.

Does not look as full as pictured and what I paid for.

I was disappointed that the arrangement was only one sided. I actually thought it would be in a small basket with all the beautiful flowers covering it. The recipient loved it and that's what matters.

I thought there would be more roses as the actual picture. But overall the flowers are nice.

They were beautiful but don't think I got my $100 dollars worth this last time, arrangement was much smaller

Pretty but looks much smaller then the pic I ordered online :( Doesn't look like I spent $100… honestly.. I'm hoping it looks more substantial in person. Sending to my sons fiancé and wanted it to look really nice

I was expecting more blue. And the hole in the front doesn't make me happy. For the money should have been closer to request.

Doesn't look like the picture of the item I ordered. Not sure if the angle is off, but I asked for (and paid for) deluxe which is pictured with tall candles and looks like a cake. Thank you for sending a photo.

Looks so plain and bland for a 2 dozen, $200+ bouquet. Maybe some baby's breathe🤷🏻‍♂️

I have always had great experience with your shop, but this time I felt a like I didn't get my money's worth. No flowers on the back at all??

The color of burgundy was in the photo on line and the carnations are a red not burgundy. The hurricane globe is also different.A little disappointing.

The flower arrangement was okay, nothing special, and a lot of green. I would of preferred smaller in size and more flowers and color.

The arrangement is pretty but not the color I expected or the type of rose. I know it's impossible to always get the exact flowers in the picture but I expected red to be the main color. Your ordering process was fantastic! The person who helped me on the phone was so friendly & helpful and I love this picture process. Shows your commitment and the pride you take in your work. I will absolutely continue to use your florist but explain my expectations better up front. Thank you for getting it done so quickly!!

The arrangement is pretty, but seems different from the website. The website has a little more white in it and some pretty berries that add contrast. Is there a way to make it more like the photo on the website?

They took on this order at the last minute and I truly appreciate the customer service with accommodating me. The spray was beautiful and exactly what I wanted; however, my only issue is that upon arrival my message/note was attached to a completely different flower which caused a lot of confusion as my spray didn't have any notes attached to it so I didn't realize that it was mine until they sent an email showing me the picture and that wasn't appreciated. I hope that this review encourages them to double-check their orders prior to delivery to avoid issues like this in the future as it added distress to an already difficult day.

I appreciate the polite service and willingness to help with a same-day order. I'm disappointed to see a $65 arrangement has only 1 rose with a couple carns and a bunch of filler.

I ordered the "most popular" bundle of the Happy Birthday arrangement. It's very pretty, but the picture on the website has WAY MORE flowers than what's being delivered.

It doesn't look much like the picture I chose on your website. This looks like few flowers and lots of green filler. Looks disappointing to me. I do like getting the photo.

An ok arrangement. I paid for the fuller option and it was filled with the mini-daisies instead of the blue tone hydrangea or comparable replacement. Honestly a little disappointed as it looks cheap. However the rest of the order was as expected and they delivered in a timely manner.

Doesn't look like what I ordered at all. not as many roses. As much as I love this shop I was expecting better. The pink daisy's and astromerias are not what I was anticipating.

Disapointed.. Looks cheaper than price paid, not as nice as advertisement.

It's beautiful but I thought by paying the extra $10 to make it full it would have more full look. It was stuffed with green instead. Didn't look like the online stock photo. I also ordered a card and paid $5 extra but it wasn't included. Sad, disappointing, but oh well. The flowers I did get were nice but just not worth the repeat business. Thank you though.
