I'm glad you had a good experience ordering with Gabi! On Friday I spoke with your recipient in length about the situation. Upon following up with our driver he saw that someone was home, but no one was coming to the door when he knocked and rang. That is when he called, and when she didn't answer, left the voicemail. I did offer a replacement when she told me that she didn't see that there was a voicemail on her phone until the following morning. She turned down the replacement and acknowledged we did everything to alert her. Hope this brings clarity to the situation.

Thank you for chatting about this order. We are glad you liked the look and style of the florals, as it is one of our most popular arrangements. The service even had two there, which often creates a nice effect for them flanking each other. The arrangement was mostly premium flowers, hence the size being a little under 2 ft in height and 16 inches wide. Next time we can discuss the size in depth and make sure it's making the statement you want it to!

I did indicate to you very clearly that we had to compromise as the logo would be too intricate for this standing spray. I told you it would either be a single treble clef or a couple of music notes in blue with a white background and a scripted banner reading the company name which you agreed to.

Hi Linda, it's unfortunate that we didn't get your review until after we delivered this arrangement and were closed for the day. We chose the blue bow as it complimented the other arrangements going out to this service. For all of our dish gardens, one butterfly is included, if you ever want a specific number please let us know when you are ordering and we will be happy to accommodate and add more to the order. It is always best to call if you need corrections to an order, so that we can handle it immediately.

Jen, thank you for taking the time to discuss this with Hailey today. With all of our arrangements that are displayed online, there are inventory changes that sometimes need to be made to honor expectations with delivery. Your arrangement is filled to the value you paid for. If it we were to have larger roses it would have been very sparse as 1 stem of a larger rose is the same price as the spray roses we did not have. Therefore our designers made the choice to supplement out for you so that it would achieve a full look that was similar to what was displayed online.

Your arrangement was $65, with the total after tax and delivery coming to $81. We discussed at length the size of arrangements versus budget, and I did tell you this would be a small arrangement as the next size up starts at $85 for the flowers only. $50-80 is small, again, as mentioned multiple times. The image you have reviewed is the exact item that was sent.

Hi John,
The arrangement is designed all around, so you're not seeing half of the flowers in this photo. The roses provided are garden roses, very fresh and closed. They arrived from the farm yesterday. Garden roses are larger and more long lasting that regular roses. I guarantee you this will last, please trust the professionals.

That photo is of your order, so that is exactly what your flowers would have looked like when we delivered them to Sherwood. I cannot speak to what may have happened in between the office there and the graveside service, but that is how it looked when it left our care. I do apologize for the loudness on the phone, we are a very small and busy shop, so sometimes it's impossible to avoid the background noise. Please call us back to discuss further!

Thanks for chatting with me! As I mentioned, the arrangement is made to value from the same recipe as the photo online. Usually we find that it's the angle or lighting difference from the web photo as all arrangements are handmade so not identical even when following the recipe. All I did was answer your questions, you did not ask for it to be remade. I assumed since you did not ask for anything to be done that you were accepting my answers to your questions. Hi Elizabeth,
I hope you realize this plant is 3.5 feet tall, our standard large peace lily. We send out several a day without any size or price complaints from people who actually got to see the scale in person. If you were to shop around, you will find we sell the cheapest large peace lily in town. We do not skimp.
