This is the first ever, that I received flowers and couldn't tell they were from George's😞 just plain roses no baby breaths or something. George's has a standard of sending out nothing bot the best...Very disappointed, maybe you were short of help.

Not sure if it is there in person but in the 2 o'clock position (to the right of the two roses) there looks to be a bare spot. Could an additional bloom be placed there so it's covered?

Frankly, this is a disappointment. Three Gerber daisies in greenery for $70 is quite less than expected. I could hear that in my aunt‘s voice when we talked to her as well.

I liked the flowers but was very disappointed with the delivery. Ordered them first thing on a Wednesday (day of funeral to be delivered to house) and got a phone call a week later saying they were still trying to deliver them.

While it doesn't have any of the flowers you just listed, you did not request any of those specifics when placing your order. It does include roses, lisianthus, gerberas, and stock which are all premium flowers!

This is a gigantic plant. Perhaps you can't tell in the photo, but it is very large and I can assure you, to value. Finding a plant this large for under $100 is almost unheard of, this one was $85.

Actually I was disappointed when I saw the flowers in person yesterday. For the money I think it should have been better. And they were already starting to wilt after one day. Sorry, George's but for a total of everything being $150 it should have looked better in my opinion.

The additional $20 is tax and delivery fee, not applied to the flowers. There is another size up of this arrangement for $125 if you wanted it to be larger, but I did offer that on the phone and you declined.

I thought this was way overpriced for what I got. I would go elsewhere next time for that reason. When you come to Georges you expect quality not routine. It felt routine.

That is the classic size, the downward angle to the photo may make it appear small, but it is definitely the right size!

Gabby helped me with my order and was very professional. I received a notice that the flowers had been left outside at 3:16 pm on Friday and a voice message left . My sister did not receive the voice message until Sat am and the night before had high wind gusts . The flowers survived and were not blown away ; however, it makes me question if I will use this florist again due to the troubling delivery .

I'm glad you had a good experience ordering with Gabi! On Friday I spoke with your recipient in length about the situation. Upon following up with our driver he saw that someone was home, but no one was coming to the door when he knocked and rang. That is when he called, and when she didn't answer, left the voicemail. I did offer a replacement when she told me that she didn't see that there was a voicemail on her phone until the following morning. She turned down the replacement and acknowledged we did everything to alert her. Hope this brings clarity to the situation.

I was embarrassed by how small this arrangement was. Money was not an issue and I believe I asked the lady if it was a good size. It would have helped if you had it next to something to show the size. The end result it was my fault. With how prices have risen a 114.00 arrangement couldn't be huge but I was expecting it to be a bit bigger. Positive it was very pretty.

The service even had two there, which often creates a nice effect for them flanking each other. The arrangement was mostly premium flowers, hence the size being a little under 2 ft in height and 16 inches wide. Next time we can discuss the size in depth and make sure it's making the statement you want it to!
