Gabby helped me with my order and was very professional. I received a notice that the flowers had been left outside at 3:16 pm on Friday and a voice message left . My sister did not receive the voice message until Sat am and the night before had high wind gusts . The flowers survived and were not blown away ; however, it makes me question if I will use this florist again due to the troubling delivery .

I'm glad you had a good experience ordering with Gabi! On Friday I spoke with your recipient in length about the situation. Upon following up with our driver he saw that someone was home, but no one was coming to the door when he knocked and rang. That is when he called, and when she didn't answer, left the voicemail. I did offer a replacement when she told me that she didn't see that there was a voicemail on her phone until the following morning. She turned down the replacement and acknowledged we did everything to alert her. Hope this brings clarity to the situation.

I was embarrassed by how small this arrangement was. Money was not an issue and I believe I asked the lady if it was a good size. It would have helped if you had it next to something to show the size. The end result it was my fault. With how prices have risen a 114.00 arrangement couldn't be huge but I was expecting it to be a bit bigger. Positive it was very pretty.

The service even had two there, which often creates a nice effect for them flanking each other. The arrangement was mostly premium flowers, hence the size being a little under 2 ft in height and 16 inches wide. Next time we can discuss the size in depth and make sure it's making the statement you want it to!

This was not what we wanted . We wanted it look similar to the company logo . Which was on the card I sent you . My mistake for ordering via phone. Was out of state and did so through the phone. Thought on the same page but we were not. The workmanship looks good from what I see via picture but have not seen in person yet..

The greenery stayed nice but the roses and other flowers were dead by the end of the week. We get an arrangement every 2 weeks. It's pretty but didn't last long.

We chose the blue bow as it complimented the other arrangements going out to this service. For all of our dish gardens, one butterfly is included, if you ever want a specific number please let us know when you are ordering and we will be happy to accommodate and add more to the order. It is always best to call if you need corrections to an order, so that we can handle it immediately.

After reviewing the orig oak photo, it is extremely disappointing to have all carnations and only three roses (should have mainly roses!). It is not a customer problem I feel when the inventory is low due to other demands of arrangements, if this was the case a notification of the situation would be the right thing to do instead of just sending all carnations. Not good customer service

Jen, thank you for taking the time to discuss this with Hailey today. With all of our arrangements that are displayed online, there are inventory changes that sometimes need to be made to honor expectations with delivery. Your arrangement is filled to the value you paid for. If it we were to have larger roses it would have been very sparse as 1 stem of a larger rose is the same price as the spray roses we did not have. Therefore our designers made the choice to supplement out for you so that it would achieve a full look that was similar to what was displayed online.

We were very displeased with the arrangement sent for $85 dollars it was extremely small and the picture I have look different from the attached. This was a Birthday arrangement and was suppose to be festive but truly did disappoint

We discussed at length the size of arrangements versus budget, and I did tell you this would be a small arrangement as the next size up starts at $85 for the flowers only. $50-80 is small, again, as mentioned multiple times. The image you have reviewed is the exact item that was sent.

Garden roses are larger and more long lasting that regular roses. I guarantee you this will last, please trust the professionals.

The arrangement itself was $85 and the photo you received has all of the same flowers as pictured online, there were some color substitutions, but it absolutely does have the same number of stems. Hope this helps!

Great picture, but the flowers did not look like the picture. I was very disappointed and for the cost, truly a LOL. And when I was on the phone placing my order there was people in the background laughing and talking so loud that I told the girl I was speaking with to tell them to shut up because I couldn't hear her because of them.

I cannot speak to what may have happened in between the office there and the graveside service, but that is how it looked when it left our care. I'm disappointed in this arrangement. It should not even be ready as it is due at the e funeral home next weekend. I asked that it match the online photo as closely as possible. After thirty years of account with you all I can tell you this one makes me the most unhappy.

Not satisfied with the product. Called to have them make it more like the photo on the advertisement and was told it “followed the same recipe”. It doesn't look half as nice as the online photo. Casper was short with me, didn't really care that I called and hung up promptly without offering to make anything better. He knew I was unhappy and did nothing to change that.

Usually we find that it's the angle or lighting difference from the web photo as all arrangements are handmade so not identical even when following the recipe. If you were to shop around, you will find we sell the cheapest large peace lily in town. We do not skimp.
