The arrangement is very pretty, but it doesn't look like it did on the web site. I specifically picked this arrangement because it had a purple vase and some purple accent flowers, and my mom loves purple. I'm disappointed it appears to have a clear vase.

The flowers were large and beautiful. The arrangement was disappointing because yellow chrysanthemums appeared only on one side of the arrangement, the delphiniums were mostly wilted, very few filler flowers and you could see the oasis when up close.

Certainly like getting a photo. I feel the arrangement needs a few more irises. The filler flowers and greenery have assumed too large a space Can we fix it? Karen

Was hoping for more color.Looks fresh, but just not vibrant. No wow factor.

I wish the daisies were bright pink like the picture on your website.

I am not happy about the size. For the amount of money I paid, I expected at list an average size wich can be seen at list 5/6 foot away from the spot.

Kitten is cute. I don't like the gold container. And I wish the flowers matched the colors and types of flowers in the photo on your website. I do appreciate your ability to get it delivered today.

Looks a little sad and droopy

The arrangement is pretty and small in size for the money. I am disappointed but I guess the price of everything has escalated.

They are beautiful and I'm sure will cheer the recipient. I am sorry for all the substitutions that had to be made as I had picked the yellow as a favorite and cheery color. I do love the fact that you sent a pic of the final product. Thank you.

The single roses were supposed to be white. These are nice and you always do a great job, unfortunately somehow there was a misunderstanding regarding color of the rose.

Your web pic had more white roses and bluish purple tall plants in it - love the hydrangeas.

Hmmm I'll look back at what I ordered. I can't remember. Thought it would be bigger but it's ok. She doesn't like pink or purple but again it is ok. I probably messed up.

Dear George: Yes, I very much liked getting a photo of this arrangement. Also, I thought you had the best selection of Christmas arrangements on your website. However, my mother-in-law told me that her red roses didn't last more than one day. You kindly sent her another arrangement of flowers to replace her dead roses. Thank you for doing that. But in the future, please do not send her old roses that only last one day. Regards, Nancy Boitnott

It's ok but the roses looked like their starting to wilt. Can they be changed out to fresher ones?

I asked for a seasonal display. Is this a winter arrangement? It looks pretty. I thought I'd get red and white flowers- holly leaves- red berries.

Nice but would have liked for the cross not to be covered by the plants or laid back so much

While the casket spray prepared for my Mom was beautiful, my sister and I were disappointed as several of our specific requests appeared not to have been followed. It was not “light and airy” as we had requested. We also had requested that the many pink roses be mostly in the bud to slightly open stage, but they were fully open as were the ones requested for the pall bearers. We also requested mostly pastel colors but there were several deep colored flowers in the arrangement. The blue hydrangeas that we requested were beautiful but did not “pop” as we had hoped, as they were somewhat covered up by the other flowers. When the pre delivery picture was texted to me (and I forwarded it to my sister), she called you regarding the arrangement not reflecting what we had discussed. You were able to make some additions and substitutions to make the arrangement more to our liking, but overall we were disappointed that it seemed that many of our requests were not honored. Your staff was very pleasant and easy to work with and my Knoxville sister has often ordered flowers from you for our mother who lived in a Roanoke assisted living facility. She has always been very pleased with your arrangements in the past.
