Unfortunately it appears this was delivered about an hour prior to you posting your review. The plants in this arrangement do always vary according to availability, so no two are alike. However, this planter actually has an extra plant there in the front to make up for the slightly smaller size of the kalanchoe, so I can assure you it is filled to value. In the future, if you have any questions or concerns, please call us ASAP instead of posting a review as these do not always come to us quickly and we would like to resolve any problems you may have as soon as possible. Hi Marnie,
Thank you for the feedback! I assure you this arrangement is filled to value and does include the green spider mums, in the photo I see three and a couple are tucked in the back as well. I know it is hard to see in the photo, but this arrangement is almost 3 feet tall, large and full of premium flowers.

We're sorry you're disappointed with basket you ordered. We'd just like to point out the price of the actual item sent was $75, with $3.98 tax, and $12.95 delivery. Each of the plants included in this basket are in 6" growers pots, and individually retail for at least $30 each, placed in a basket with a decorative bow. The overall size of the basket with the plants is about 20" wide, and at least 21" tall.

It is very hard to tell the size in this photo, but I can assure you this arrangement was almost three feet wide and at least two and a half feet tall, filling the value. As far as the delivery fee, you placed this order to be delivered to a funeral home located at the farthest end of our delivery area. For these instances we charge $1 per mile to cover our gas costs and to pay our driver. Your delivery was 30 miles round trip, perfectly justifying the delivery fee. In the future, if you do not feel our fees are correct you can call and place an order directly with a sales person and have them breakdown the costs for you.

Those delivery fees were close in price because each of those orders were hand-delivered by a local florist. We do not ship flowers. Each order, whether in town or out, is made by a real designer in a real local floral shop in the delivery area and hand-delivered directly to your recipient by their (or locally, our) delivery staff. Where you live is of no consequence to the delivery fee. What you are paying for is personalized service with a smile instead of the common web-flower ordering that comes half-priced, but arrives half-dead in a box shipped by a courier service. I hope this helps you better understand!

Thank you for your review! In the future when you order you may want to put a note in the special instructions asking for as close to the photo online as possible. As you stated, it is not a surprise they aren't exact as our inventory is ever-changing and this is an arrangement that often cycles through different color options. For more exact or custom orders you may also want to consider calling and ordering directly with a sales representative to be sure we can meet your expectations.

No timed delivery was indicated on your order, so we scheduled it as we do with all non-timed orders. Your order is on our truck now & will be delivered as our driver makes his way through your neighborhood. Jessica I personally delivered your Healing Tears at 9am for this early Monday morning service to Vinton Va. The Design was in perfect proportions and was lovely. The design did have only light blue delphinium and not the dark blue. I am sorry you were disappointed as this is one of our top 20 most selected designs.

Hello Marty,
We are sorry that you are unhappy with your arrangement. A few things to keep in mind; The value spent on the flowers was $60, which I explained on the phone would fall under our small size. Everything that you requested was included, "tulips, roses, & a mix of fresh spring flowers." Tulips & roses are premium flowers, so I can assure you it was filled well to value. The photo may not do the size justice, but it did top out at about 18-20" tall. The flowers are in an 8" vase, which is hardly our smallest size.
