the end result was pretty but it was not with out an extra effort from myself and an initially irritated customer service agent from Georges. I will admit my tone may have been one that could cause a negative reaction however I'm sure you could agree that

Ms. Rhonda, we're sorry you feel that your floral gift was too small. The actual arrangement was approximately 20-24" tall x 16" wide. It was a very full arrangement that included 2-3 gerbera daisies, at least 3 roses, 1-2 stems of lilies with accents. Misty

I asked for babies breath and paid an extra 10 dollars for the request. I am disappointed I paid for something that I did not receive but other than that, all was fine.

You were charged for the premium roses vased and special delivery envelope for your card. Linda may have mentioned the upgrade during the transaction. I will remind sales associates to confirm all order details at end of order. I apologize for her not including the baby breath upgrade.

The picture of this arrangement online contained roses of a much more muted yellow than the actual arrangement. I would not have chosen such a brilliant yellow for a 25th anniversary. Just saying.

They listened to my requests on color. Some flowers and minimal scents....not the prettiest bouquet I have seen...just looks crammed together..red and yellow are discordant....white and pink would probably look better.

I am from old school florist with white chipboardboxes with floral tissue and abig #9 bow, when we practiced reduce, reuse, and recycle. But the product is just what I requested on very short notice. Thank you!

I discussed with George the importance of the flowers NOT being delivered early and that was to be made clear to the hospital desk so as not to ruin the surprise. Hospital desk called my daughter immediately at 9:30 instead of waiting to take them at 11:

Mary, I did have note on order - "This is for award surprise award at 11am - attn Mary Beth" - I should have had you contact guest services - the central area we make deliveries at Roanoke Memorial. I am sorry the surprise was given out to early. The hospital also calls employees with deliveries in place of delivering to employees.

The original recipe calls for 12 red roses (we used 24 pink), 26 red carnations (we used 25 pink); 6 red gladiolas (we substituted 4 pink stock & 4 pink snapdragons-we were out of pink gladiolas); 4 Bells of Ireland (we used 6). I can assure you that your floral tribute was to value and followed the recipe for the Care & Compassion Spray that you selected, except where notated. I did review the phone call and determine that the order was correctly entered after you changed the colors you were asking for originally from Lavenders, pinks and white to bright colors. I have reviewed with our sales staff to inform customers that bright colors for summer may include oranges, yellows, reds.

The Crystal Cross design is one of our most requested designs for sympathy.
