It is a very nice arrangement, love the calla lily's. Very disappointing there weren't any Star gazer lily's....I specifically ask for that ....

I placed my order late, so was charged $150 for the flowers…fine. The picture I ordered from showed it w baby's breath and it had none. So, not wonderful honestly.

Flowers are beautiful. Service was terrible! Flowers arrived at 6:30 pm. That was totally unexpected and undesirable. Hopefully, this will improve next year!

Hi Tom, On our biggest holiday of the year it is not uncommon for our deliveries to run until later in the day. Perhaps next time if you need your flowers by a certain time we can arrange a timed delivery for you.

For the future, if you would like it at a specific time, please indicate so on the order so that we can accommodate. For Valentine's Day specifically we had over 430 orders and 6 contract drivers not show up, we were delivering that day until 8:00pm.

This arrangement is ok, it's much smaller than I anticipated for the price. I do like receiving a picture. I've been taken advantage of by florists before.

Yes, as we discussed, this is a medium sized arrangement ($80-$110 is medium size price range). We also discussed that the lack of carnations would mean less size for you as we had less to fill in since we used almost entirely premium priced flowers.

Well I always order my Aunt's flowers from you and I always love the arrangements you make for her. But this one looks kinda weepy and sad. But I'll wait and see what my Aunt Martha says about it. I'm hoping it looks better than the picture.

I was disappointed because the card was not with the flowers. Our friends did not know they were from us until a day later when I finally asked if they saw them. I had to send a picture to identify them. Very upsetting! The flowers themselves were lovely!

This arrangement was wonderful. The spray for the casket was disappointing. The pink roses looked old. We did report the flowers and the sales lady said it was the rosé variety. Still disappointed.

That is correct, the variety of pink roses that were used are premium garden roses which open up very widely early in their bloom cycle to make a nice display for the service.

It's ok but based on your photos on the website this is very different and I would have never picked it. I expected more for $100 arrangement it only has a very few flowers mostly greenery. But oh well! Thank you for sending a picture.

You did get one of our premium orchids in a premium pot. The pot itself is $30 and the upgraded vines add $10, the orchid itself was only $60. Hope this helps!

Since this is a pickup we'd like you to reserve judgement until you see it in person. I can promise you this was made about 5 minutes ago with all fresh flowers, so there is no possible way that anything is wilted. Some flowers may have a draping shape, but that does not equate to old/wilted.
