The arrangement looked great when it first arrived on Sunday. However, by Tuesday, the petals were falling off the sunflowers and there was white mold on them.

I was expecting to receive a text with a picture of the flower arrangement prior to it being sent to my friend and then a text from George's florist when t was delivered to my friend. I did not receive a text at all.

A text was sent at 9:55am on Tuesday the 8th. We do use a third party app for our photos, so it is possible there was a glitch and it didn't reach you. Had you called us on Tuesday we could have manually sent the photo to you as we had no way of knowing you did not receive it. Did you get this photo via email? That is always a good backup if the text message fails. For future reference, the photos are not for delivery approval. Rather, they are a courtesy so you can see what was sent. I'm sorry for the confusion. Please call us back if you have any further questions or concerns.

Beautiful work. My only disappointment was the bouquet was much larger than I wanted. I wanted a small to medium, and it wasn't fragrant like I had requested fragrant flowers. Like peonies, or lilac. They did fix the extra greenery removal.

In speaking with our designer, it sounds like there were discussions about lilac being out of season and peonies not being available in the color you were requesting. They did use stock and sweet water roses which are quite fragrant and available in those shades of purple. As for the size, it was a 10" diameter bouquet, which we consider a medium size as was discussed in your free consult. Hope that helps clear up some of our reasoning in our designer's decisions!

I wish the center cala lily was a bit shorter. It lacks the same proportions as the online photo that gave it the symbolism of pointing toward heaven. May sound silly to you but thats what I liked about the arrangement I selected.

Lovely arrangement, my wife was very happy with the flowers. We both agreed it was a rather small for $125. I also was disappointed with the additional charge, which I declined, for delivery at a specific time (my request was before noon). I may reconsider using George's in the future.

It was explained that an all blue arrangement at that price would not be very large, as all blue flowers are premium flowers. Your arrangement cost was $100. While you did not pay a rush fee, it is worth noting that this arrangement was delivered at 10:45am. We gather rush fees as a way to guarantee your spot in line for delivery as we have an average of 60 deliveries all over the valley every day. Without the fee your time request is never guaranteed, but we always make an effort to deliver things as efficiently as possible.
