I'm sick and didn't get to see them. Heather did and said it was not what it should have been . It was too small and the huge palm leaves overtook the solid pink. If you look on the website picture, it does look different.

Our arrangements are hand made, so sometimes they look a little different, but that is the nature of anything hand made. No two are exactly alike. Maybe I misunderstood but it was advertised as 6 long stem pink roses. I thought they would be solid pink, not variated in color, if that is the word.

Hi Lois,
There are hundreds of shades of pink roses and we don't always get the same variety in. When you order flowers there will always be slight variations as these are plants that grow in nature. We don't dye or paint them for uniformity.

While this is a lovely arrangement, compared to the picture of the Alter Tribute on your Website, this isn't nearly as bright or tightly packed with open florals. This looks closer to the classic arrangement, although still more sparse than the classic arrangement, than it does the Deluxe.

It's OK but I guess I didn't realize that how expensive flowers are these days. I thought it would be prettier and with more roses instead of 3. The man who I talked to. was very kind and compassionate and helpful. I should have looked it up before buying but there wasn't time and I am sick myself so I take the blame for that. I do feel that the price was astronomical for this which was $75 + tax coming to almost $90! If I had been well, could have gone to Sam's and gotten a beautiful arrangement for a fraction of the price.

We discussed price and sizing at length on our call. You may get cheaper flowers from Sam's, but they will last a fraction of the time. You can send old flowers for cheap or fresh flowers from us.

It's fine this arrangement is for the loss of a child. I believe we talked about white. That's the color for death. I was told to add more white then other stems would be removed.

The flowers were what I ordered. The delivery was not as expected. The flowers were left at the guest services area of the hospital. This caused a day delay and even though you all corrected this by delivering this to the residence. They were ordered for a specific day, time, and moment.

Ordered flowers for my loved one Funeral. Order was completed in timely manner but it was the wrong flowers?? I received picture of flowers, called to advise that order was wrong. Order was set to be delivered within 1 hour. George's had to do correct arrangement in less than 1 hour.

This is beautiful!! I feel like some areas are a little bare for the price I am paying! The picture I used for reference on your site made the arrangement look much fuller.
