Hi Frederick,
The arrangement was for $90 and you requested specific flowers which really limit your budget. That being said, Gladiolas are around three feet tall. This arrangement is huge. I told you for your budget you would get a medium size and it actually turned out much larger than that.

I'm more of a free form floral arrangement person so I'd love for those flowers to be less ‘arranged' and more natural with lots more flowers in the bunch.

The item I ordered online had bright green foliage all around the flowers in the picture. The item delivered had different, dark colored leaves. I wish it had looked like the item online.

We do have to substitute flowers and greenery based on availability. This arrangement does have some of the dark green foliage (salal) on the sides of the arrangement. Our designer did incorporate another type of greenery with the salal because the lack of availability. This is also why our designer used purple larkspur instead of the purple stock, like the online photo.

I assure you it is filled well to value and as you said, the recipient loved it. It is also made exactly like the photo from which you ordered online which you would have to have seen prior to payment.

Great service, very professional. But I was not quite impressed with the final product. The corsage did not look like the online picture. I ordered by phone looking at the 25$ corsage picture in the website and what I got was not like it. I did not complained at the momemt but was not happy with the product.

The flowers themselves actually cost $110 and you chose an arrangement of all premium flowers, roses, hydrangea, dusty miller, etc. Like all businesses, our prices are effected by inflation and reflect that.
