I requested delicate ribbon for a bereavement bouquet. The raffia is a bit harsh. The roses are beautiful but are they pink? Thank you!

Do you have any of these plants that have some color to them? I usually see some with orange in them. I don't particularly like this plant.

Bit disappointed to be honest. While pretty and the recipient was happy, for this price point, I would have expected more than 2 roses in the arrangement? Shame as always was happy with George's in the past. Has it changed management?

We are sorry you we're not pleased, however, the arrangement was made exactly as pictured from what you ordered online. In fact, the photo online online shows one rose. No, we have not changed management. Just like all other businesses, we are equally effected by inflation.

Unfortunately, the boutonnière was losing petals rapidly and the rose became droopy before they made it to prom. I think the rose had opened up a little too much. The corsage was pretty but the bracelet we purchased to go with it was too large so the corsage moved around a lot.

These flowers are mediocre. On delivery several fell off & several were outside on the driveway. They haven't held up well & looked upon arrival like it was a several day old arrangement. I was busy w/someone who had just returned from hospital or otherwise would have returned them. This is very odd as all other flowers I have ordered from here have been gorgeous. A bit disappointed, esp given price I paid.

I have ordered flowers from this shop for 20 years. I do not think this looks like a $93 bouquet by the time all fees are added in. To me, it looks cheap.

We've purchased from Georges many times because of how beautiful the arrangements looked. Unfortunately the 2 orders delivered today so not as good as the pictures on the site nor the orders we have placed in the past. I did call before leaving this review as the text instructed and Ruth said she felt they were as good as the website pics and just since the flowers were new and had not opened up as much as the ones on site were they would fill out. The pics sent seem to not reflect as large or shapely arrangement as online.

The redesign is fair. It is still not what I asked for. I asked for just the 3 flowered I picked out, small and compact with nearly no greenery. Simple, plain and not anything like classic arrangement. My original request was for a block vase or a plain vase with straight sides. I did forget to mention the vase request when I called for a redo. You are swamped with the holiday. I understand. Next time I will try after the holiday. I do appreciate the understanding and your time to rework. Just don't think it was very successful. Thank you very much though.

Thanks for chatting with Ruth. For the record here, those flowers are magenta but a lot of the time computer or phone screens make that color look like a dark red. I can assure you it is not red! In the future please call before reviewing for clarification.

I appreciate getting the photo, however, it is hard to see the actual size. The flowers are beautiful, but I feel like the deluxe should have been fuller. The flowers pictured online has holly berries and my mother's flowers did not, and the bouquet seems to be the size of the classic not the deluxe that I paid for. The amount of money I paid does not reflect what was delivered.

I think it's looking that way due to the lilies being closed, as they are very fresh. Over the next day or so Lori will be able to watch them bloom and this will make the arrangement last longer for her. Hope this helps!

By the picture I am not happy with them but possibly in person they will be better. I guess I expected more roses and not as many gerber daisies and the heart I feel clashes. Just disappointed as I usually love everything I have gotten from y'all and this I feel is not up to the standards I have come to expect.

These are indeed beautiful but I thought the focal point would be lilies as that is her favorite flower? Like in the funeral bouquet I was drawing inspiration from there were much more lilies.. I only see like 2 here. I realize a few are still closed to open later but they are all so low? I thought the lilies would also have height to them. It seems like the bells of Ireland or the tall bell plant in the back is the focal point. I had really expected something more floral for this price… I worry that she's not going to view this even as a custom bouquet for her which was the whole point. I hate to give a low rating and I hate to be this picky, it's just this is a huge occasion and she deserves the best. I appreciate your work here. If there is anything you can do to tailor it and add more lilies or just taller lilies that would be appreciated…
