I would like to cancel this order ,this not what I asked for. I asked for white flowers with touches of green. And asked for silver and white ribbon not gold and white .Please just refund my money back to my . Thank you.

Unfortunately, after receiving this picture at 8:30am this morning the flowers have yet to be delivered. When calling, it sounded as if I was talking to some sort of answering service. Disappointing experience

It looks lovely but is missing the boot which was the entire point of that particular arrangement. When I checked the box about some kind of substitute assumed it meant the arrangement itself. Disappointing whatever was substituted (glass vase?) couldn't have been the same cost as the boot. Also how am I alerted when it's delivered?

I'm so so disappointed. This looks nothing like the photo offering on your website. It appears as if you've left out 66% of the flowers/arrangement. I got doodled. You've lost my business. Thanks for photo proof. Mike Bean I'm gone.

This is a very poor design. What's with the bunny ears? And clumps of matching flowers? Heavy flowers on top. This does not live up to your website's promises and I am EXTREMELY disappointed. $150 plus!??

This is VERY disappointing. I bought an arrangement when roses and hydrangeas. Substituting the small carnation-looking flowers is disappointing. Also the use of the cobalt vase with the color of flowers was not in the original picture and does not look good. This is my first time to order from you and may be my last.

The arrangement I ordered and the one received don't look anything alike. The one shown online looked elegant and used a much different variety of flowers. The one i received looks cheap and nothing like I ordered. Very disappointed for such an expensive item.

This is not a $140 arrangement. $175 with tax and delivery. I called to inquire and expressed my concerns and was basically blown off. I've used Boswell in the past and have been very happy but the person who helped me seem less than interested in addressing any concerns I had. I won't be using them again.

I don't really like these. This is the first time I've ever been disappointed in your flowers! I would think for “florist's choice” and a total of just over a hundred with tax, they would have been prettier very BLAH and cheap. My recipient's photo have me the same impression.

Very friendly service. Sent a picture didn't look like pic of what I paid for. Asked for more flowers to be added. I was told it was too late, after 20 mins of receiving picture.
