I have been doing business with Boswell for many years for a variety of occasions through each year. I have received amazing service and floral arrangements. However, it seems something has changed. The quality that I have grown accustomed to, is now lacking that Midas touch. From the last two occasions that were ruined by lack luster arrangements and the cost of each, I have decided that it is time to take my business elsewhere.

The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Tuesday today. Today is Thursday, and we still have not received them. We waited at the house on Wednesday when they said they would come at 12:30 and they never came The recipient has called twice and left voicemails. No return calls.

This is not at all what I ordered. My mother has macular degeneration which has rendered her almost blind. She can see bright colors and I ordered a very colorful arrangement for her and the cost was over 100$. Please send closer to what I ordered. This is too homogenous. She will not be able to appreciate this very expensive arrangement.

Very disappointed. The image of premium flowers I ordered is much prettier and fuller. I am shocked and disappointed at how different with less quality this is.

So disappointed. The photo on your website shows many more flowers. For example there are at least 4 Lillie's and several unopened buds, 6 roses and several more carnations. This bouquet is not nearly as full and I paid extra for deluxe.

Please arrange the ribbon somehow. The initials CTA CANNOT be seen. Maybe under the arrangement to the left actually on the easel ??

Sympathy Arrangements for funeral services should be one sided!!! I didn't expect to need to explain this. I was trained by Nancy and Amon Wade. The flower choices were fine

I thought a expenditure of a $126 would have had some baby breath and just been a better looking plant. I know the one I have on my table right now was $102 and much prettier.

I ordered Birthday flowers for my mom to be scheduled for delivery the next day. A gentleman calls my Mom and asks what time the viewing was (for her!) The order clearly states these were birthday flowers. After I call and speak to someone at Boswell, she apologizes and says they will do the larger bouquet and send chocolates. The bouquet sent looks the size of what I paid for. Essentially, the surprise was ruined, someone called my Mom asking when the viewing was and for (her name), and we got free Chocolates. Wow.

I was disappointed. I gave specific instructions to add a ‘get well' balloon to the bouquet but instead a ‘happy birthday' balloon was attached. I was not happy with the result.
