Very disappointed. I will not ever use this florist again. This was almost $100.00 and it is the worst thing I have ever seen. The roses in this arrangement looked like they would be on clearance at the grocery store. The flowers looked old. One of the roses was all brown on the inside and it's pedals were already about to drop due to the age of it. Three of the roses had already turned brown on the edges. The other roses were starting to wilt. As soon as I seen how small this arrangement was I was very upset. Then as I looked at it I became even more upset. Do not waste your money with this florist. I could have gotten a lot better and bigger bouquet from another florist for less money. These flowers were past the point of selling, they should have been thrown away. I could almost handle how small the arrangement was, but I cannot get over the shape of the roses. The pictures I took do not really show how bad it was. I sent these flowers to my granddaughter at work wanting her to feel special for her birthday, I was so embarrassed about these. I hope all of the men and women that she works with noticed the card to see where these roses came from so that they can make sure that they do not use this florist. I would give this zero stars if that was an option. Trust me, do not use this florist!

The order was for a "marine friendly" wreath and they were told it would be placed in the lake. The arrangement was mounted on styrofoam which should never be put in the lake. When asked about it, the girl denied receiving the instructions and the only offer was to return it and get a refund - just hours before the service. A friend who runs a marina in the area recommended this place because he's ordered those types of flowers before and they were mounted on cardboard. Never again.

I love having 6 Lillie's—I wish that at least one was open to emit lovely fragrance. I don't care for those six green-headed “ “flowers” at all! I am unable to identify the deep burgundy colored “flowers.” The container is not very attractive. I appreciate getting a snapshot of the arrangement. I would like for the arrangement to look more like the one I selected. This is my niece's birthday who is a Master Gardener. From the reputation of the florist, I expected something much lovelier. This is not a lovely arrangement.

The vase includes hot pink roses, green button poms, pink carnations, hot pink spray roses and lilies. We only use the freshest available flowers so the recipient can enjoy the bouquet for many days. The picure online is one sided to show all the flowers incorporated. Our designers create it all around so it is beautiful from all angles.

That is not a $200 floral arrangement. As a florist I am very disappointed. One hydrangea, a few roses, one single gerber daisy? Its filled more with greenery than flowers.

Only one was delivered not the 3 shown and described in the original product details. A plain ivy plant was included. Not worth the money at all.

I'm quite let down by these flowers. I spent a significant amount on what essentially amounts to 27 roses. Given that it's a sympathy spray, there isn't enough time for the flowers to bloom. Among all the flowers in the room, this spray was the least impressive.

This was suppose to be for a 6 year old little boy. I asked for any kind of boy themed arrangement. I asked that it be any kind of action figure, or cars, trucks, etc. This looks like a generic Walmart arrangement for $30. So disappointed.

This was suppose to be for a 6 year old child with fun, girlie things. I said any theme would do- Barbie, Unicorn or any child-themed. This looks to be very generic and Walmart assembly line. Vey disappointed.

Very disappointed! The website picture showed a basket with a handle, which is why I purchased it for my Mother's 94th birthday. She will have a very hard time picking up a basket without it. This does not bode well. I've been using Boswell for 35 years, and this very disappointing. Thanks for your time.

Not attractive at all. I had requested purple and white gladiolas within greenery shaped like a titled photo provided. Instead, it looked like leftovers with ugly maroon lillies and red carnations. I would never recommend this florist. This was an eye sore.

Was not what I wanted. I asked about the “not in stock” disclaimer before putting the order through and I was told with this much advance ordering he would make sure what I asked for would be readily available to delivered. obviously, this was not true although my daughter-in-law enjoyed what she received I was quite disappointed. by me, living in Illinois and you delivering in Fort Worth is not doable for me.
