It didn't resemble the picture of the bouquet we selected. We expected some variation but not an entirely different bouquet.

I received this bouquet as a birthday gift from my Mom who is currently overseas. I'm disappointed at the arrangement bc it arrived looking dry and some of the flowers already wilted. It was not as pictured here and I'm requesting a refund for this. The carnations all fell off and the small roses were all dry. We took it inside as soon as received it. I tried to water it as soon as I received it and no improvement. This was a bad selection/arrangement. Please send a confirmation of the refund to babyhugsnyc@yahoo.com Thank you, Liana

I know I put limits on this order since the recipient is very very allergic but I do not like the arrangement. Since I have been a customer forever I do not plan on changing that. Just passing along my 2 cents.

Wasn't near as full as the photo online for the price paid expected it to look more full an similar to online photo.

I ordered green plants in a basket one plant that had blooms in it. The blooms on this arrangement are not even opened much less green plants. I am not only extremely disappointed I am hurt

Ugly Not true to the picture and you said you ran out of the lilies which was the most important flower. I think I need a discount off my card because this was not what I ordered and expected.

I placed an order and received something not even remotely close to what it looked like online. I would not trust what they say it looks like because you will be VERY disappointed with what it comes out looking like. It's not fair or right to falsely advertise because unfortunately I'm not able to come in and select the flowers myself so I depend on honesty and trust when it comes to wanting to send your loved ones something special, not something that looks cheap and sloppy.

The first picture that you sent me was awful. I asked for yellow roses and an assortment of bright colored flowers. There was white and a dull purple color in it along with two/three yellow roses. All of it was overpowered by a bunch of cheap leather leaf. I paid $95 for that and found it cheap and unacceptable. When I called to complain, the employee just asked if I wanted yellow roses. Since I couldn't make him understand that I wanted a bright colored arrangement with yellow roses, I settled. This yellow bouquet is not what I wanted nor like, but it's what was sent. I do appreciate it being changed from the first bouquet though. It's very disappointing that is what $95 gets you.

Left this TALL arrangement WITH A BALLOON OUTSIDE MY DOOR ON A WINDY DAY! Not surprising that was blown over & vase shattered all over sidewalk. I picked-up remains as carefully as possible but broken glass dropped from among the flowers when I brought inside & then shattered more, this time inside my apartment. Really no excuse. Your service getting steadily worse since leaving Camp Bowie location.

This was supposed to be a surprise for our 20th anniversary. Instead I got a message and a photo at little after 8 am that this would be coming. Complete ruin of what should have been a lovely surprise RUINED!

This isn't what I was expecting at all. I know I asked for a square vase but there still should have been some height. The roses in the photo look like they have brown on them and I don't understand why it is just roses.

The picture on the website shows like six roses two big white roses and 4 tiny pink roses and three little carnations. This picture shows One white rose and one red rose. And three pink carnations with mostly the other little flowers. Doesn't make me very happy to pay $64.90 got that with only two rose

I apologize for the terrible picture. It is taken at a bad angle. I is filled to recipe with the 2 large roses and spray roses. Unfortunately, the spray roses are not shown in the picture sent to you.

This was supposed to be a Christmas arrangement. It looks like fall. I asked for 5 red Anthuriums. We are very disappointed with this. This is not a Christmas arrangement. You should redo this.

At first I was so grateful, but the more I look at it the more I realize this is nothing like what I ordered. I get that sometimes you have to replace some items but we paid a bit of money for this and I could've spent less than half that and made it myself. Disappointed. I tried to do a good review at first, but honestly this isn't worthy of your normal rating. It's sympathy flowers for a funeral, and I just hope the recipient feels better about what they get. This person deserved 5 star quality. There were 7 roses in the sales picture. And it's like y'all tried to do the hanging down bit in the advertisement and it's just awkward. May not come back.

Very disappointed. The flowers were tuning brown. My mother in laws flowers we're delivered that morning and they were also discolored.
