No I don't like the arrangement it is to gaudy for a funeral service. The colors are not right for the service. For what I paid it is not what I was expecting. It is ugly.

I wanted white and blue not yellow. It was the closest to Dallas cowboys colors. I am very disappointed. I am not happy with you having to substitute as often as you do. This is gugly. I hate yellow. When my son passed it was supposed to be in blue and white, he was only three days old we ordered cross, teddy bear, heart, flowers for top of casket. And they ask me when we ordered did I want yellow I said no. But there they were at the funeral YELLOW. I would of like all white. I would like to see what is send because lately I have lost many family members and friends and sent many flowers arrangements.

The flower arrangement was very disappointing. For the amount that was paid I expected a more full arrangement. It was for the family of one of our students and its disappointing this is what they were given.

Never received - missed the occasion - didn't meet promised delivery date - and tried to substitute what I ordered for something else. Nothing about this experience was good.

It was special instructions to deliver to Security. Had to call in office and locate flowers. The special person receiving flowers didn't receive. Poor attention to detail

They were awful. They were unbalanced and The flowers were supposed to be blue and white, instead they were blue and yellow. We paid $10 for a silver ribbon bow that you could not even see. Just terribke.

This looks horrible as an arrangement. I understand that what was ordered wasn't available, but this is far from similar. It looks hastily done and not worth the cost that was paid. This breaks my heart

While I do appreciate your responding so quickly and the picture, I really think this is a horrible plant combo. $100+ for a leggy mum and ivy? It's not even asymmetrical it's just mismatched. I wish I had chosen the prayer plant and not relied on the artistry of the florist. Very disappointed.

No, I was not pleased. The price for such a small arrangement was not what I was expecting. The arrangements I chose were larger than what was received.

I should have called or been more clear about color if changes needed to be made. It isn't vibrant like my choice if a mostly pink and tangerine arrangement. I'm sorry but the yellow substitution was a less than favorable choice

That looks awful. Absolutely terrible. This was a heartfelt sympathy house plant to be had by family forever. I am speechless as to how poor this looks.

This is not what I paid for. Your picture on the website doesn't look like what you have sent. I called the florist and asked them to fix it. It was not fixed.
