I know the flowers will bloom and look more full but this looks like the regular “I dream of Pink”. I paid for the premium and expected way more flowers. I am happy with the quick delivery and appreciate the photo.

This arrangement does not look anything like the picture on your website. The example has much more pink than yellow and is more full. I don't see any roses. I appreciate getting the photo. I'm disappointed that this arrangement is not up to your usual beautiful standard.

I specifically ordered orange bc that is what I gave her on our first date. So I'm not exactly happy paying 95$ for flowers that are not the correct colors

The flowers were not fresh at all . I'm a bit disappointed especially being such a large order for my wife's 50 th birthday

I am dissatisfied with the arrangement above. First of all, the basket is too small for the plant. Next, the moss is not covering the foam. Who checks the arrangements before they leave your store? I truly expected so much more from an established florist. Unless I am assured that this won't happen again I will be taking my business elsewhere. Anastasia Gonzalez

These are not the same flowers as in the picture. Looks nothing like the arrangement! Looks so empty and less! Where are the orchids? There nice but not what we ordered and look empty than the picture shown....not pleased at all for 88.00 it should be as shown and at least full. Not happy but because there for someone very special and they got delivered I'll rate a 2 stars.

Hello Stephanie, the lilies are not fully opened. That may be why it does not look the same. They will open in the days to come so the recipient can enjoy the bouquet longer.

I understand I authorized substitutions, but English ivy and what looks like shrubbery? Not equivalent. It was also to be a white marble planter. This is pretty generous substitution if you ask me. I'm disappointed.

The roses look a little discolored and frayed on the edges. The lilies don't look very fresh. I have used your florist since 1979, and the last few arrangements I have sent have definitely been below your past standards.

I was viewing the photo of the flowers that I ordered from you for a funeral. Two of the flowers seem to be withered.I really do hope that wasn't the case.

The flowers were disappointing. The bouquet seemed skimpy for the price, didn't look as full as the image provided, and flowers were slightly wilted and roses too much opened when delivered. We bought 2 arrangements, one on another account had roses. They were pretty, but overall cost for the 2 almost $250. More was expected. Your images are misleading.

I would say your missing quite a bit of additional flowers in comparison to the image online. The flowers look fresh and very pretty, but I can not agree with the quantity amount of flowers.

I paid for the premium version which showed 6 roses in the picture online. This one only has 3 roses. I did not get what I paid for.

I think that's rather small an 8" plant for 150.00. I am a florist it would surly be a 10" at most floral shops.

Ordering via the 800 # is VERY unsatisfactory. The person who answered had a hard time understanding where the flowers were to go as well as sounded as though she was from a foreign country. I still don't know if they were delivered.
