Very small did not match the display in pictures. I have bought from Boswell before and was very disappointed in the final results

Looks very thrown together and messy- doesn't appear any time was taken at all to cut stems different lengths to make a better looking arrangement. I'm disappointed. I do appreciate the photo.

Flowers were not delivered because recipient was out of town. No one from GB called me to tell me flowers were not delivered. I called GB because I hadn't heard from recipient acknowledging delivery. I expected better from GB.

It was smaller and was more sparse than I expected especially since I paid more to add extra flowers. Very disappointed!

I feel I most definitely over paid. I can not believe the very few flowers compared to the photo of the florist special that I actually received… disappointed this is what I sent to a loved one.

I was hoping to see more bright, cheerful, spring colors - some yellow, pink, etc. It looks like a more somber occasion. I was expecting a more wow! happy! look-and-feel for $100 on my mom's birthday.

I'm giving this 2 stars because the vase is cute, and they were able to accommodate same day delivery. However, I do not like the flower arrangement at all, it looks nothing like the picture selected from the website. When I called and advised that I did not like the arrangement, I was just told “I'm sorry.” This was my first time using this company and will be my last!

Commits are based on photography image: given the height of the plant stems, the clear plain vase seems to be a miss match. I invision, two colored 2" ribbons that capture the colors of flowers wrapped around clear plain vase with a few colored small rocks or marbles in soil against glass. Such accents would have carried through the $180.00 cost. As is.... in photo image ....value appears to be excessive at $80.00

I am somewhat disappointed as I do not see tiny pink rosebuds, tiny pink filler flowers or daisies. I know my daughter will love and appreciate the flowers as she hasn't seen the original arrangement I had saw. It was very soft and feminine looking. I suppose this could be a tough time in getting certain flowers due to economy and shipping problems. I always believe in giving folks a second opportunity. So thank you. I'll call you again for future celebrations.

The Rose's were sparce and the baby breath should have filled in spaces Themy were to cheer someone on. Not a funeral. And a day late. I hope the reception enjoys them.
