Ordered the "premier" arrangement for a funeral. The arrangement had hardly any of the flowers it showed in the photo (it was mostly just white daisies. I called to see if they can fix it, they agreed that it needed to be changed. The new arrangement took away some daisies and added a few other flowers (still barely like the photo) and looked worse than the daisy arrangement Very disspointed with the quality. I chose this florist since they have been in business since early 1900's, thought they'd be a good choice.

No blue flowers like the original picture. Not as bright, colorful and cheerful. Disappointed in the final product. Turned out okay but not as good as expected. NOT WORTH $156.00!!!

Jenny. I assure you the flowers are very fresh. That is why the alstromeria is so closed. We try to use the freshest available so the design continues blooming for several days for the recipient to enjoy longer.

The flowers are very different from what I ordered. The quality of the flowers was definitely inferior to what I ordered. And the vase was completely different and inferior to what I ordered. I won't use rhis florist again.

It looks nice, it would look better if there were more flowers blossoming rather than budding. For the amount of $$ paid, I would like to see a heartier selection overall, it needs to be fuller, more lilies blooming, I paid for extra lilies, I hope they remembered. Maybe the angle of the picture doesn't do it justice, but I was expecting more for over $200 price tag, I'm a little let down.

Hello Matt, We use the freshest flowers available so the recipient receives a gift that they can enjoy for many days. The extra lilies were added they are just in various stages of blooming to insure a longer lasting experience.

This arrangement starkly contrasts with the one in the description. I was hoping to have it be more bright and cheerful rather than having the dark purples and greens. Not very pleased with the difference.

The playful daisy as shown had lillies in it and that added color- while I approved substitution- I assumed if you subbed out one of the nicer flowers it would be filled with another nicer flowers and not cheaper white daisies. This was disappointing and not nearly as pretty as the picture.

I very much appreciate getting a photo. This arrangement doesn't look like what I paid for. The picture on which I based my order is much more full. I don't see the same variety of flowers as in the picture nor as much greenery as pictured. I'm very disappointed by this. Please pull up the photo from the website and tell me if you disagree.

I had picked out Portrait in purple but when I saw what was going to be sent, I was not happy with it. I did call the florist and spoke to Kat and she was nice enough to add some purple to it. Honestly it was not like the picture I chose. I think the pictures are bad advertising if you can not make it like the one you have chosen.

Madeleine, thank you for contacting us. Yes, the peace lily blooms a white "lily" the blooms are seasonal. They unfortunately are not blooming at this time but it will in the late winter/spring.

Your flowers were great but….. your delivery service sucks!!!! I had to call, while at the service to see where the flowers, that were ordered and paid for a week previous to the service, where.. I received a text showing that flowers had been delivered but in fact they had not. The service started at 11:00am and the flowers were delivered @ 10:59 How do I know??? I was sitting there when they were delivered. The flowers should have been there at the time the message was sent saying they were delivered I doubt I will use this floral service again

I'm sorry- I don't mean to complain- but I'm not rich- this arrangement is for the death of my very dear friend and it looks thrown together. I did tropicals and interscapes for about 15 years- over a hundred dollars is not easy fir me to budget- sorry- it just looks like you really do not care..

I wish I could say that I was completely satisfied but I just can't. When I placed the order, it took 29 minutes and 39 seconds to complete. I ordered the flowers for my daughter who is a hospital administrator. Gordon Boswell called me and said the hospital would not allow flowers to be delivered to the patient's room; my daughter is not a patient. To back up just a bit, I had asked the lady, who took my order, to be sure and write that in the notes along with my desire that no roses be put in the arrangement. As you can see, there is a rose, and several of the flowers are wilting. What more can I say?

We're sorry we weren't able to capture the arrangement all the way around. This arrangement had white and blue hydrangeas, coral colored roses, purple lisianthus, and hot pink carnations in a clear cylinder with green gemstones on the bottom. I can understand how it could appear to be red, white, and blue but I assure you it was most definitely a vibrant and colorful summer mix.
