It's pretty, would have liked more purple and less white or maybe the white spread out more not in a bunch .

Sorry, but expected more flowers and less greenery for the price. Don't care for the purple spikes. I appreciate the photo.

I was disappointed in this arrangement. I'll be brief. So much greenery = not enough flowers Tallest item should be flower, not greenery. Vase seems too small for arrangement. Arrangement too crowded, doesn't show-off flowers well. The young lady who took my order was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. She's a keeper. I have been using GB exclusively for the 22 years since I moved from Texas to Mississippi. This is the first time this has happened so I will continue to use GB. Finally, my mom loved the flowers. Go figure. Maybe sending photos isn't a good idea. 🥴 I'm not angry, just disappointed. I hope this won't reflect on future arrangements I order from GB.

It's does not have the full look like the picture. I thought the packing would be less. And more flowers would fill up to the handle. Sort of disappointed. Especially with that price.

I really was disappointed I paid for the flowers for red,hot pink,and white roses,paid in full and I get the call afterwards that there are no hot pink roses! I would even settle for any hot pink flowers 🌺 of any kind. They were out!🥲

Yes, he loved it however the price on line was cheaper and the person that helped me on the phone changed me a higher rate which I thought was very unfair and unprofessional.

The arrangement good except a couple of the roses look a little rough. I really like receiving a photo of the finished arrangement.

The flowers were very pretty but I had Asked for some red to be added when I spoke To you all on the phone. Would have liked there to have been some red. Other than that, they're beautiful

Not thrilled. Next time I'll call rather than order online. The arrangement is too manly for a 99 year old southern lady. They did change out the ugly yellow flowers for a white blooming plant, but I would've preferred an ivy or something softer. Maybe a few softer looking plants. My fault. Next time I'll call. Thanks for changing out the yellow for white though.

The arrangement was nice. The customer service was awful. Also, can you please update my account to reflect my name? My father, Edward Ipser died in 2011 and my mother died last month. The name on the account for 817-927-7588 should be MM Walker.
