Im not really sure what happened but the flowers I originally ordered when I received their picture before delivery looked nothing like the one I had chosen for my daughters birthday. So when I called them they did ask what could they do to take care of it and the lady even looked at both pictures and agreed they did not look alike at all. She said she'd redo the flowers and deliver them and take the others ones back. I agreed and the next day they sent the picture it was better than the first one by far. I went to my daughters on Sunday morning and the flowers were dying and shedding something horrible. There is major separation in the flowers not enough filler and but I see that now . I dont like to be ugly or give any bad reviews but this was for a special day and i stepped to the premium one because of that I wanted big for that reason. I was very disappointed. Not so much about me being disappointed but that was my daughters day she was the one that was disappointed and upset.

The plant delivered is not the flower in the photo. The plant appears to be a palm with dead branches. I am totally disappointed.

These flowers are absolutely tiny for $250! I can't believe that they would charge someone that much for so little. They are a fourth the size of flowers from any grocery store! Not happy whatsoever

I ordered the deluxe size and it was a small arrangement compared to other places that I've ordered from in the past. Some of the pink roses had yellow withering marks along with the pink flowers that were used to substitute the red flowers. Just wasn't very impressed with the arrangement for the price!!

The costumer told you guys to leave the arrangement at the leasing office. It was left outside the apartment at the door in the Houston 87 degrees heat. She specified to the driver she was taking her daughter to the Dr who is sick and was send home from school. Not impressed at all with the poor communication, it is a very hot day!!!! This was deliver at 12:19 she got home at almost 2 pm. Never again will order from this store!!!Smallest flower arrangement ever. I guess 110.00 flower arrangement will lasts until tomorrow morning. Not cool at all

I ordered flowers for our co-worker because of the worst tragedy you can imagine. She thought she could come to work today so I was going to have the flowers sent here. She couldn't, so I emailed you (your voicemail box is full) and had our office manager contact you. Rachel, your response: “That's $5 more so I'm going to remove a couple of flowers” is inappropriate. We are all hurting here, and I'm wondering if this arrangement is going to be a sorry bald-looking embarrassing arrangement due to $5. I would have paid the $5 but my admin couldn't. I will never order from you again. Realize that sometimes people who send flowers are sad.

Very bad experience compared to previous experiences with you guys. As previously stated on the phone, I could have put this arrangement together by myself; no balance at all, with the fully blooming roses. This is what you replaced the first delivery to my home with; and with no damn card!!!! Again ...One TERRIBLE Valentine experience

This is NOT what is pictured on the site, i paid for a premium arrangements $105 plus tax, delivery etc. on top of the $105. this is appalling. HEB has better arraignments than this!!! i have used yall a lot and this is the WORST arrangement EVER!

This pic doesn't look anything like the one on your website. I know it can be slightly different but this is disappointing as it's not very vibrant. Some of the succulents look brown and wilting.

I placed an order online and Carly called me right after I placed the order and said that two of the items in the arrangement were out of stock, but that they had similar flowers to make up for it. When they finished they sent me this picture and it looks nothing like the one online. I called back and asked Carly if they could do anything else to make it look like the picture online that was advertised and she said they would try to. I got a picture of the second attempt and it still didn't look like the advertised picture online. I called Carly back and told her that if it couldn't look similar to the picture then that I would prefer to have a refund. Carly forgot to put the phone on hold and proceeded to call me a “fucking bitch” and how she didn't understand what my problem was or why I said I wanted a refund if it didn't look like the advertised picture. I am so happy that she didn't mute the line because I refuse to give my money to support people like her.

This doesn't really look like the online version and is kinda sad looking with the funeral leather leave which is known to be used for cheaper bouquets. Not a very cheerful birthday bouquet.

Very poor service. I requested a change in delivery date and although they promised it was done, they went ahead and delivered it anyway on the wrong date.
