I said to the young lady and I expected fushia pink and a larger balloon. However, the young lady was very nice and hopefully my daughter likes the flowers. I do not like them.

I expected a little more quality for an arrangement over $100 I also paid for a birthday balloon to be in the arrangement and it wasn't included.

Beautiful colors but for $100 would have liked it fuller. Love your work and Pat. Needed to be fuller. Appreciate the picture sent. That's good service

Quickly delivered and that is appreciated in short time. Love the picture after it's delivered but when I went to the funeral the next day the sunflowers were completely upside down. I sent an email with picture. Like the were wilted.

I liked the arrangement but didn't think there were enough flowers for the amount I paid. I had not asked for a vase just the bouquet. Yes, I did like getting the photo. Service was good, appreciate that.

Kind of disappointed in the deluxe arrangement. I chose this particular arrangement because of the amount of beautiful pink flowers. It feels like by paying more I ruined it. Now it looks like a bunch of green filler. Wish I would have just bought the regular arrangement, as it was prettier.

This was a gift for someone. The ladies taking my order were very nice. I told them I wanted a nice arrangement and was willing to spend what it took. I was assured that $150 would give me what I wanted. When I received the photo, I was underwhelmed. It just doesn't look like much and appears to be one-sided. I told them this would be displayed on a dining room table in a room with 15' ceilings. The color choices seem a bit odd. I'm okay with blue and yellow. But the one weird red rose in the center has me perplexed. I left a message for the recipient asking if they were happy and if the flowers in the arrangement still looked good 4 days later. I have not received any feedback. Since the recipient is always forthcoming about their thoughts and feelings, I suspect this is a situation of if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all. The arrangement didn't arrive until afternoon on Monday, around 2 pm as I recall. I received the photo mid morning. I do wonder if the arrangement sat in a hot truck for 4 hours. Then I received requests for a review and reminders to give the review. So, I'm doing this to get the emails to stop.

Although the boutique is beautiful I was expecting paler pink flowers and no bright or orange since I picked that look for welcoming a baby. Also, the dahlia in the picture was subbed out for daisies. I feel a flower more comparably priced to a dahlia would have made more since. Still a beautiful bouquet.

You were friendly and responsive to deal with. Really liked that you sent photo of my order. I was not impressed with the arrangement which is okay, not special. That big bluish Hydrangea just bulges out and does not blend with rest of arrangement.

I paid for an upgrade but the flowers look exactly like the original flowers without the upgrade. No difference.

I guess I should have said "No, hydrangea". The arrangement looks like the flowers are shooting out rather than perfectly rounded like the pictures of bouquets on the website. I thought the bouquet would be more pink and the closed lilies make it look too yellow-green. In addition, I asked for "Granny Smith Apple Green" ribbon rather than the kelly or forest green that shown here. I'm very disappointed. It's just simply unattractive. Sincerely, Yakima Black

I was hoping for brighter spring colors with tulips. Hot pink yellow orange These are more muted colors.
