The mixed up on the red ribbon was a mistake and it was fixed, thankfully. I have shared the corrected photo with several of the fraternity brothers and gotten feedback from them. We are disappointed with the arrangement. There appear to be only 12 white roses and they are all open and look old. We expected more for $500. Jim Meyer

I wanted to rewrite another review because yesterday after my review I had been contacted by the owner. We had a very nice long conversation. I told her I understand there is a lot on their side they are to take care of. They pay a delivery, of course the workers and i understood all that. She asked me what she could do to make things better. I told her I'm not one to ask for things I usually just let things go but she and I discussed it and we agreed on 50% to go back on my card and the other 1/2 to her. I felt that was go and she changed it to out of the #90.00 she would keep 40 and the rest issued back to me. We agreed and she asked if i could get a picture of the and i told her I'd try that my daughter was worried about these things falling off snd the baby getting them. So I told my daughter whatever she felt best with them. I told her i'd check to see what she decided to do with the flowers and if they were still in the house i'd get a picture. All & all the owner did was bend over backwards trying to fix everything. She was a very sweet lady. I would say even though I had an issue I would try using them again. Super sweet owner.
