Hi. This photo (the same you texted me) does NOT include the cut yellow flower arrangement optional addition ordered (for $25) and specified. Indeed, this looks like a stock photo of your largest Classic Peace Lilly, without the larger cut flowers arrangement addition, and without the sympathy card with inscription. In addition, we look forward to your delivery driver's phone call and visit to our location (across the street) firs--t as agreed-- so we may add a message to it. * Please call me soon to confirm the details of this order I made with Stacey. * (FYI, we never review any vendor's product or service *before* the contract is completed and delivered. Why on Earth would we do that? )

This bouquet does not look like the bouquet online, which is what I ordered. What you delivered appears to have far fewer yellow flowers . I am very disappointed.

Frankly I am rather disappointed. I went to you specifically because I'd received beautiful arrangements from your shop, and I had asked for a very special arrangement and paid a fair amount of money. This is basically an orchid plant, that looks like something I could have bought anywhere. One can get 3 orchid plants at the grocery store for a lot less than $250... I don't like getting orchid plants because I feel like I have to take care of them. This woman has a greenhouse and likely has many of her own.

Disappointing service all around. I upgraded my order to the top level and this small arrangement after all the ordeal of contacting the recipient instead of me the sender to clarify questions, while reading the 'message' to her is beyond unprofessional.

I'm very disappointed. This is Not the Happy arrangement we were shown. The burgundy changed the whole feeling of the flowers sent to my friend- it needs to be noted somewhere that this IS NOT THE SAME FEELING AS THE BRIGHT AND COLORFUL ONE YOU OFFERED IN THE PHOTO- how will you remedy this?

No one was home. My wife had to leave because of an emergency. Flowers were left. Flower vase fell over because it was windy. Came home at around 4:00 pm to find them fallen over on our front stoop. Maybe come up with something to keep the vase upright when conditions are windy like they were on Wednesday.

I sent in two reviews already . I'm extremely disappointed, and unhappy at the arrangement, this one is the second arrangement, the first one ,had zero color, looked extremely,I'm sorry, but cheap, not worth 70 dollars of natural ,fre flowing, blue n white ,with other colors etc . The women who answered the phone , did not listen to ANYTHING I asked for. I've ,my family has used KARINS florist for years, growing up in Vienna My daughters first baby, out first grandson , sorry ,but this looks more like a funeral arrangement or for an older ladies idk 85th birthday or something. I paid extra for delivery ,no problem , I looked at the first arrangement,called back and explained ,I was not impressed,at all please do not deliver,until it looks happy ,and at least something I asked for. The second picture came ,I thanked the designer for the extra blue ribbon ,should of been on there from the start. My other daughter is getting married and I recommended, obviously Karins, not anymore . Heartbreaking ,because I trusted and thought y'all would make it beautiful,abundant and naturally flowing.. Compared to everything else ,other florists baby arrangements ,same cost factor etc. Karins dropped the ball BIGTIME Wish I never spent the money and said ok to the second arrangement..that was the exact arrangement,I said no to ,jus a few more greens added ,n a bow. ZIP zero n zilch effort, I see no kind of a design ,zero anything i asked for. I've already sent in two not so great reviews to your company and ,of course, those have been BLATENTly ignored ,hence ,you are sending me another review to fill out Ever try confronting ,fixing, acknowledging a customer ,who is NOT AT ALL HAPPY , guess not. You address ,fix , appease, then completely ignore ,two reviews ,then send me another review to waste my time again ,fill out etc. You are NOT reading the reviews, nor have ANY care ,concern ,REALLY , as to what your customers are saying on these , so called ,ignored , meaninglessness reviews. I'll go direct to your website now ,and explain n show the , baby arrangement aka funeral arrangement flowers that I reluctantly agreed to having delivered and unfortunately WASTED MY MONEY ON .. SAD , Karins florist ,what has happened to your company Zero originality,zero effort ,I could of thrown those flowers n all those greens in a lil vase exactly as your professional flower designer did. I would of done alot better and I would of , definitely,out alit more care, n effort into it You have lost me as ,my entire family as ,over twenty years customers Disheartening n DISAPPOINTED BIGTIME ☹️ Wanted beautiful flowers to celebrate an absolutely beautiful occasion. To no avail , those flowers were ,sorry , hideous Compared to everything else I looked at ,and I guess the high expectations I've always gotten from Karins thru out the years. Now my third review Very doubtful anyone cares or will EVEN TAKE A MILISECOND TO READ THIS such a big waste of my money, my time ,and belief in Karins fulfilling a customers very basic n simplistic request/order Wish I could give less then 1 star Going direct to the website This is ridiculous

I appreciate the added color and you fixing it .. Thank you kindly Not at all what I asked for or ordered. I'm highly disappointed,I will NOT be ordering anymore flowers from Karins. Sad because we have my oldest daughters wedding coming up and I recommended Karins florist to put in a bid etc. I guess you are under different management, the look and overall feel of the arrangement are just not good.

This is unfortunately not at all what I had expected. This looks like 3 carnations and greenery. It is very sparse. I should have gotten just flower cuttings.

This is vastly different from what I ordered, which was the Deluxe Basket of Beauty. Colors and flowers are different - The Premium was shown online, but if one level down is that different, it should be disclosed - I called in the order. Very disappointing.

Frankly, I was exceedingly disappointed in your version of the choice I had made. I didn't expect it to be identical, but rather similar in color (autumn colors), to the one I had chosen from those that could be delivered that day. Also I had opted for the “Premium” version which yours certainly was not. So all together, I'm quite disappointed and certainly surprised. My husband and I have used your good services many times over the years and have been very pleased so this comes as a shock. I hope it's only an unfortunate aberration. Sincerely, Barbara Kaiser
