Well your design & presentation were beautiful. I know flowers are more expensive these days but for $80 (not tax or delivery fees) I expected a couple more flowers and not the 3 carnations). I specifically asked for no carnations; I dislike them and think of them as cheap filler flowers. I'm sure the order person I spoke with probably didn't convey this request to the designer. Sending me the photo of the arrangement is always great customer support / marketing tool. But when you get I wrong and it's too late to change the flowers the photo is upsetting. I will say usually everything is perfect. I'm disappointed this time. All I got was “oh well” ? Happy Holidays - I will be ordering again. I just wanted to be upfront about this order.

Great customer service - willing to work with me to create exactly what I wanted. First proposal wasn't correct, but Kevin fixed it within an hour or so. Very pleased with Karin's and Kevin. (P.S. This picture does not reflect the finished product. New one much more interesting and beautiful.) I do appreciate getting the photo because we wouldn't have been able to end up with something I wanted more, if I had not seen this first.
