My friend was happy with the arrangement but I was disappointed. The one I saw on your website had a ceramic bowl not a basket. I know no arrangements look the same but I thought there would be the white flower in the arrangement to support the color of the white angel. I do like getting the photo.

This isn't what is was looking for. This looks a Xmas arrangement. Way too much red.

Thank you for sending the picture. I thought it would be fuller for 150. It maybe the picture.

I thought I was getting roses, that's not clear in your website

Not at all what I expected. Spoke directly to the florist and asked for white and blue flowers with a 'touch' of green.

I had asked for deluxe designer choice of vibrant colors. This is not as good as you typically do. Disappointed especially since I paid a $75 rush fee for it.

I'm not sure. There are a lot less flowers than the $169 I looked at in the shop. No sunflowers. Not happy and won't be back

I hope this is alot brighter in person than it looks in the photo. This looks like something at the bottom of the sea... at least in the photo. Thought that there would be more blue (iris' or other).

The flowers do not look quite the same as they do in the picture on the website. It seems that some flowers are missing, which makes this arrangement appear less vibrant and full.

It would be nicer to have more stem of roses and lilies for the price.

We were disappointed with this arrangement. It was a celebratory occasion and we asked for a cheerful, happy arrangement. These flowers look drab and even a bit smaller than we would have anticipated for the price.

Incorrect flowers were sent. I was offered a redelivery, but the recipient had already received them totally changes. The surprise I was offered a very small credit considering the amount that the flowers cost nice people, but I will not be using your service again.

I was disappointed with the flower arrangement. For 200 dollars I was expecting more than 8 roses and carnations. I asked for purple and got this. Felt like I was overcharged

It looks bigger online in the deluxe version which I purchased. I also think the roses look a little past their prime.They are all the way opened up and won't last much longer. I just hope my sister will like it

I have ordered several arrangements from you all over the years and they are always beautiful, but this arrangement doesn't look like it is a $350 arrangement.

It looks a bit unkempt. It has the colors I asked for but it looks squashed. Not very cheerful.

Flowers were not delivered at time I'd requested. And they were left on the front doorstep/ Unlike other orders, I was never sent sent alert or photo flowers - until this survey now.

Not colorful enough

I always keep buying from Karin's because the arrangements are beautiful and they last a long time. This arrangement was pretty but the flowers started to sag and drop petals with a day or two. Very disappointing. I have pictures if you're interested.

She can't stand the smell of Lilies that should be in the file and it is really bland looking

I asked for tall arrangement. I will not do business with you again.

The only full flowers are at the bottom. Did they run out of white flowers? And the Irish flowers They only threw a branch at the bottom. I don't mean to be too critical but those are my initial thoughts. Doesn't look very full or flush like I was hoping. The white flowers look like they're less than the best. I am not happy with what was sent. I paid for the premium version. What is shown on the website is deluxe and it looks just like the deluxe version. I pause extra and it looks like the deluxe. Please send the same home a larger version of a thanksgiving flowers. Thank you!

I appreciate getting a photo, but honestly I'm rather disappointed. I think i paid about $140 & asked for something bright & cheerful. I suggested gerber daisies. A handful of gerber daisies in a tall vase with baby's breath, maybe a few yellow roses in it?That's more what I envisioned. If I needed to spend more money then you had only to ask. This arrangement is low & dark & rather sad. I wanted taller & bright & happy. Karins used to have these big beautiful bright spring arrangements all over the shop. I'd buy those for $75 back then. Clearly prices have gone up since then but this isn't the kind of thing I'm used to from Karin's. Disappointing.
