Not sure what the rust colored flowers are. The rust color, in my opinion, lacks appeal yet it is dominant feature of the arrangement. In review, we were relying on your discretion to add color to an otherwise all white traditional funeral arrangement. I suggested addition of a “fall color” along the lines of chrysanthemum, of which there are many pretty fall color choices available like shades of yellows, oranges, deep red rust, purples, dark pinks, etc. that I envisioned. This rust brown plant, I'm sorry, looks like a dying plant. Thanks for the photo. It will be a reminder to specify exactly what I envision for future floral purchases over the phone. I do like the white flowers and probably should have left it as an all white floral arrangement. On a positive note, we do appreciate your courteous, prompt and timely delivery service on a one day notice.

I wasn't impressed with the arrangement. Very bland, not Worth the money

The flowers delivered were not in the colors I requested. The picture sent to me did not match the picture from the recipient. This was a specific request for the favorite colors of the graduate. I don't know how the lighting of the flowers in the shop differed enough from the lighting in the home, but suffice to say, the dark purple flowers were not purple, they were red and magenta/pink, and the green flowers in this picture were very yellow in reality. Very disappointed.

Disappointed

Flowers were left on front porch and wilted for hours in the hot sun. After I explained what had happened and after asking that the flowers not be delivered until I was home—they said they would keep them in the frig if no one could accept delivery—they did the exact same thing. Two beautiful arrangements of nice flowers ruined.

Not the best I seen from Karins Looks like a gap in thr middle would have been far better with a couple more flowers My request was for a big bouquet of flowers lots of different stems and color.

I don't see the sea shells in the bottom of the vase as is on your website. Also the website picture is brighter with different flowers.

It's ok but not what I asked for. I requested purples and lavenders--certainly not yellow.

Have used Karin's for several years. Very disappointed with last order. A couple of the flowers on the display were wilted and discolored. Delivery was last Saturday, I saw them Sunday. Not what I have become accustomed to with Karin's.

I thought there would be more flower blooms on the bouquet. The picture on your website looked like more blooms. The recipient said there were only 3 blooms.

This looks a bit wilty and small for the price. Also there's no roses or red or purple as ordered. Hopefully it looks better when it arrives

Where is the color? Is that really a $250 bouquet? I expected much better.

Too wild looking! I asked for airy arrangement, no greens and blue and white hydrangeas. Can you correct before delivery? 313-570-1632

This is not what I expected. It has almost nothing Christmasy about it. I don't like the arrangement at all. I hope the others are better.

Little disappointed in arrangement. Lilies weren't opened. And this is the Deluxe size?

I asked for one or two orange roses and there are none. I have used your firm before and have always been quite pleased, but the phlox, gebera and astrometric just dont have a lot of “wow” factor for a $100 arrangement.

I don't see much difference in this arrangement other than someone loosened up the flowers so make Extensions on the sides. The dark purple and deep green and gold colors in combination are still not cheerful. You need to lighten up the color palate with maybe some light yellow and light pink roses, some light colored snap dragons.

Perhaps the lighting in this photo is a bit off, but the choice of flowers here look very dark. I would have liked the colors to be lighter and more cheerful. After all I explained that my friend had had an operation and when that's the case, a person needs cheering up! This arrangement looks like an autumn table centerpiece.

Not happy - ordered the deluxe bouquet and nothing was deluxe about it. Came out like the picture but definitely was the “regular” size. Still waiting on my refund and the bouquet was not worth $127. Regular sized bouquet was beautiful though just unhappy about paying extra for something that was normal size.

What I chose online, now I can't see that original photo. This isn't exactly what I had in mind. Looks like cut flowers in a vase. I usually love everything I order from you, but this time for $70 it is what it is.

Nice arrangement but I'd advised it was to make a 7-year-old feel better and she wasn't much impressed with this one. She likes pink and purple, but most of the arrangement was pretty dark and “spiky”, perhaps more appropriate for an older person.

Thank you for sending the photo. The flowers and balloons are lovely, but I asked for a basket. I fear her cat may tip over a vase, spilling broken glass and water all over. This is the first time in my many years of using your services that you have not made a perfect delivery.

I was hoping for vibrant colors…summer blues, hot pinks, yellows. Feminine and pretty, but this appears faded to me.

The purple daisies look very sad. Not even close to the picture in the website. Looks like something just thrown together. Not happy.
