This picture does not look like the picture I ordered which had several more gerbers, roses and less green . I was not happy with it and feel the advertisement was misleading

I'm very disappointed. I spent a $117. I was expecting a much larger arrangement. This looks like maybe a $25 arrangement. I would really like something different sent.

As discussed for the last job that you did for us, this was not worth the money Mr. Olender paid. This was a very basic arrangement and the value for the money paid was not equivalent to what it should have been.

This is the second time I've ordered flowers as the deluxe (as shown) and received less than shown. And then Kevin spoke with me, and spoke down to me. I'm ready to take my business elsewhere.

Based on the photo on the order page, I expected to see more flowers for the price. I don't see any roses at all. I appreciate the photo of the actual arrangement, but I am disappointed in the quality based on the price.

I was very disappointed with the arrangement. They didn't put any plant decoration such as succelant on the base as I had requested. They didn't use any moss around connecting the orchid to the branches which is the minimum one should do. Too much bud

Thank you for your review and we are so sorry for your disappointment. We did fill the order to value with fresh, healthy orchid plants. The more buds there are on the plant the freshest the orchid is. This also allows the recipient to enjoy the plant longer. I checked with the customer service agent who took the order and she does not recall the discussion of using succulents at the base. We did attach the orchids to the branches in professional way as not to distract from beauty of the arrangement.

I've used Karin's for years. Not sure this is a picture of my exact order but lots of filler for the high price. Also, today is Sunday (delivered on Thursday) and flowers are heavily, heavily wilting.
