Flowers were not delivered on Mother's Day. Although the arrangement looked good and photos were provided, this was a significant problem. Management should train customer service reps to suggest delivery the DAY BEFORE a major holiday at ANC.

This arrangements looks rather sparse. Maybe it is the angle. Seems like some more filler and perhaps a ribbon around the vase would be appropriate. I am usually very happy with your arrangements but this one is very disappointing.

I was a bit disappointed that for a premium flowers, there were so few in the arrangement. It does not look like the picture I was using to order. Far too much green, should have had more flowers. I will not be using this florist again.
