I paid $155 and asked for premium flowers and looks the same as the website (and you still only used 3 roses and 4 irises?!) It doesn't look apparent where I spent the extra money (your website quoted me $119 for a Delux version that had 3 roses and 4 iri

This arrangement is not as advertised. I see no blue iris, no green spider mums, no dusty miller. The blue iris are what sold me on this arrangement!! I am so disappointed they aren't there. I could live without the other flowers, but the blue iris are

I spent $5.99 to have the flowers delivered in the morning and they didn't show up until the afternoon. Also, the picture that was sent via email was not what I ordered but the order was correct. The email was confusing.

I ordered an exact arrangement last week for the exact price. That one had the vase lined with green leaves. This one doesn't and it dies not look good at all. It appears the more I order the less appealing your products become.

I was happy with the delivery. However I found it frustrating that I could not order the flowers online from abroad even though I was providing a US address as the shipping add. I used to do that before I think this issue is a nuisance.

Thank you so much for your review. We will make sure that when your family calls us back for their delivery we will have some red flowers in the arrangement in honor of Valentine's Day. We usually don't send a lot of red out before Valentine's Day unless a customer has requested red. We did fill the arrangement to it's value and sometime the photo does not do the arrangement justice. Thanks so much and we look forward to helping you in the future !!

Well I was expecting a bit more in holiday decorations on the greens as in Christmases past. The greens look fresh. The bow looks nice. It's not overdone just a bit underdone. Perhaps some baby's breath would be nice. A few red berries.

The container is disappointing but maybe it doesn't show well in the picture. It doesn't look very festive for Christmas! I've seen nicer arrangements in Costco. I will however continue to give you my business because I have been pleased in the past.

I very much appreciate the photo follow up. Unfortunately the arrangement appears different from the way it was depicted on the website. It appears hydrangea was used to substitute for the flowers in the original design.

$220.00 honestly feel was a bit overpriced for the final product. However, it is for the loss of a loved one. I can not put a price on that.

We discussed orange roses not pink, which is what it looks like in the photo, and did not want the vase, but a tall arrangement to go in a vase, complimented with fall colored flowers.
