Thank you for the photo! Hm. I think I was expecting a taller arrangement, if that's possible to rearrange it (talk rather than short vase). And perhaps a little bit more. The Mother's Day arrangements we've done for the same price (100-120) were spectacular, so I wonder if a bit more could be done. Thank you very much.

Very nice. But this arrangement was to cheer up a hospital patient. I asked for a "bright summer cheerful look." Specifically mentioned hot pink roses. This is very heavy in purple with a dark feel. More hot pink and yellow would have made this a truer "bright cheerful summer" feel.

I do appreciate the photo. This arrangement is not what I ordered. Very different overall feel/texture/color from the slate base as depicted on your website. Would have appreciated someone running to Lowes or Homedepot to pickup some slate for the arrangement, especially given the price point. Best regards.

I appreciate you sending the photo. I asked for a little touch of blue (was expecting something like blue delphinium) with white roses and lilies. I'm a little disappointed in that large blue hydrangea stuck on the side. Almost wish I had not mentioned blue flowers. It makes the arrangement look lopsided. The vase is perfect. Thank you.

Please see my first feedback (Saturday) liking the sending of your message but concerned about a dead flower one day after receiving. Your team followed up and offered a fresh arrangement (which I picked up) and we were certainly satisfied with that. More problems occurred (availability, timing) on some outside-the-area arrangements also ordered through you. There were six different orders made on Wednesday asking for Friday deliveries: One was delivered on Friday, two on Saturday, one on Sunday and two in Knoxville (which you called us about) delayed until WEDNESDAY. [Was there no other florist in Knoxville, we wondered.] I knew it was a busy weekend which is why I ordered on Wednesday for Friday delivery; that didn't seem to matter. I love your arrangements and think you do a great job locally. In these efforts, when the flowers arrived they did seem to be nice (each order about $100 including delivery). Just disappointed in the unevenness of timing and, in fact, all but one late. [In this case, I am not talking about the local delivery.} I don't have a rating for certain because of all the aspects, but it wouldn't be 5 stars.

I like getting a picture. I usually ask the recipient to send me a picture. I'm a little disappointed. Next time I'll know to ask for a clear glass vase and for a softer color pallet. I like the flowers to be similar in hue that's why I asked for salmon and peachy, coral tones.

I understand there is a difference between standard and premium. But I assumed it would be mostly based on abundance of flowers in the arrangement. However I am disappointed by how dull and how much less vibrant the colors are compared to what was pictured on the website. Also why was the arrangement done with the back of the mug up front? It would've been so much cuter with Winnie the Pooh on the front of the arrangement as pictured on the website. Sure the recipient can turn the mug around but I'm assuming it's mostly greenery on the back. On the positive, I'm happy with how quickly the order was processed and I do appreciate getting to see the finished product.
