They did an incredible job!!! The flowers are absolutely beautiful and I so appreciate being able to get a picture of the flowers after they are placed at ANC. It means a lot to me to be able to get a picture from the Cemetery not being able to go there myself but once a year.

I appreciate getting this photo of my gift. I understand the flowers I wanted based off the "idea" picture may not have been available but, I was hoping for more of a "lacy" look if that makes sense. I feel like the gladiola (not sure if that is the flower that appears coming out if the arrangement) is a bit heavy. It is still a lovely arrangement and has the vase and colors I wanted. I think this gesture of pre-showing me my gift is great. Thank you

It's lovely, but I had hoped for color.

Lovely 😊..but not quite as vibrant as those in the website pic I ordered from. Perhaps a difference in photography.

flowers beautiful. balloon doesn't match AT ALL though. Either put a much longer string to get some distance- or, better, use a HBD balloon with more muted colors. brights dont go with pastels!

To me it looks like a fall bouquet rather than spring. It will do the job. Will specify colors next time.

Beautiful arrangement and I enjoyed receiving the photo

The flowers are lovely. It is hard to judge the size of the arrangement from the photo. It would have been nice to have some kind of measurement in the background to understand the full size.

Bouquets for family grave sites were lovely. Karin's even brought them in disposable vases so they could be watered and kept fresh for the next day. Many at the funeral commented on them. However, we went back to the cemetery the next afternoon, and the tulips in one of the bouquets were already wilted. I expected the flowers to at least last for the weekend. With family members and friends dropping by the grave sites on Sunday, I was a little disappointed. I have used Karin's repeatedly and never had a problem.

The arrangement was true to the picture (and fresh and clean and lovely). Customer service wrote me back promptly when I wanted to confirm the premium delivery window could be 9 to 3 instead of 8 to 3. Sadly, the driver still arrived before 9a.m. Thankfully somebody was at the office to receive the flowers, but the driver was taking a risk that I tried to avoid. I took away a star because it doesn't matter how good the arrangement is if it isn't delivered.

The plant and flower combined arrangement is beautiful. Unfortunately there was a mix-up on the delivery.

Nice but pricey

My recipient loves this arrangement. I have always found Karin's to be the best and have been a customer for years—when I lived in Virginia and even now that I live in Florida. The gal that I worked with over the phone was lovely and I'm thrilled with the colors. That said, I think there was a communication breakdown…I specifically asked and was told there were five roses in the standard bouquet, but there were only three. I don't think that $145 dollars was a great value—but it is absolutely beautiful.
