Beautiful arrangement for a very sad occasion. Karin's never disappoints.

I can't see enough about the wonderful customer service I received from Karin's Florist. I was sending flowers to a patient at Reston Hospital. The patient was moved 3 times and they made sure they were delivered while the patient was not in the ICU, where they would have ended up at the nurse's station.

Very pleased and so was the recipient! I really appreciate getting a photo since I am out of state & otherwise would not see what was sent.

Great communication through the entire ordering process and it was lovely to see the final floral product before delivery!

The order was delivered as requested. The arrangement was not as expected. I was disappointed in the way the flowers were arranged. It was very unprofessional; it did not reflect the quality of the arrangement in the provided web photo.
