I have always been pleased with your arrangements in the past but this one is a big disappointment Its going to an 88-year-old woman in a nursing home as I explained and I asked for fall colors which means something bright with oranges, golden yellow, bright reds ….. this looks like they're already on the dead side and then to put roses in there and use up a lot of the money on ROSes that look like they're ready to wilt and pale is very unsatisfactory…… very disappointed in this piece!!!
