the flowers are beautiful! But the enclosed card to the Horner's had incorrect names and no name to indicate who sent flowers.

I am so impressed by the customer service for Kiko's. I called late on a Saturday afternoon, and was bowled over by Herb's offer to drop the flowers off himself on his way home. The flowers were beautiful, and a big hit!
